Dan stared at the wall with a slightly disturbed look.
"Uh...yeah...um, we should just take her to the infirmary until she wakes up I guess."
He shook his head,
"Jess...fucking hell..."
"That was the weirdest thing ever to have happened to me. And my best friend was a fucking demon bat." He said shaking his head. He followed Jess deep in thought.
Night.
Kor turned back into a human from his form as a dog. "Yes?" He said with a smile. "Sorry I was doing some work with Garret"
"With what, getting her awake, because Gale has control over the stuff in her head, He would be best for this" Kor said "Jess has some of your fathers powers, probably not big but it does bring back some bad memories. Nice to see you too by the way"
Emily nodded, but didn't do anything herself. She instead went over to her bed and fell down on it, falling asleep almost immediately. No noise could be heard next door, it was as if Jason and Lucifer's meeting had ended.
Rachel shrugged at the silence, but knocked on the door anyway. "You two okay in there? No one hurt or anything?" She asked, slipping out her pistol and hiding it behind her back. Alright, keep it behind your back. You have two serum rounds left, and you can easily take out one of them if they actually started fight. She thought, waiting for someone to open the door.
The door opened abruptly, Lucifer stalking out of the room with what appeared to be a bloodied arm and a stack of papers tucked under his arm. He also appeared to be carrying what appeared to be a vial of dark black liquid, but Lucifer tucked it away before Rachel could be sure of what it was.
Inside of Jason's room, Jason sat on a chair, pulling a shirt over a recently bloodied part of his arm. He moved more hastily the moment he saw Rachel, shoving his arm into the sleeve but grimacing almost immediately after he did so.
Rachel looked at Jason, as he appeared to have a bloody arm as well. "You okay, Jason? I heard banging, and I wanted to make sure you were okay." She smiled a little and stepped inside the room, closing the door out of instinct. Poor thing. I hope that it wasn't the armor guy attacking him and just more dumb super-blood stuff. She thought, slwoly moving towards Jason.
"No, I'm fine... Just, something we've been trying to perfect..." Jason said, standing up and walking over to Rachel. He gave her a quick hug before backing away awkwardly, he hoped she would do anything to break the moment, since he didn't know what to do.
Rachel's smile widened. "So, now that I know you're not hurt too bad, mind telling me how far you got with Emily before you cut her off?" She asked, trying her best to sound innocent. "Or would that be a little too much for you?" She added, trying to inject a slight bit of humor in to the situation. If he did what I think I did, I''m slapping him, then not letting him within a four mile radius of my bed once we get out of here.
"We did nothing past kissing." Jason said, stepping back a few feet to lean against the wall. He sighed, knowing that Rachel would have found out about him and Emily one way or another. He was telling the truth though, even though it wasn't necessarily the entire truth, but she hadn't asked how long they had been together.
Okay, so I don't have to hit him. Rachel thought. She smiled a little less, but still looked at Jason, who seemed to be backing up as far as he could. "You're not scared of me, are you?" She asked. Hm, odd. Never had someone back up across the room because of me, but I guess there's a first time for everything. Besides, him being a little bit afraid might help in the fight. She thought, a questioning look coming on to her face.
Jack walked into the room and looked at Garret, "I wanna join. I can hit a moving target from a mile away with my two peacemakers here. Plus I can go bulletime, dodge bullets while I move at a normal pace." Jack went bullet time and climbed up the corner of the room and sidling up till he got to the top coorner before going out of bullettime wiith a Boo!
