"They're out of power. That freak must have hit my power generator during the fight." She slowly shifted her back and pulled her backpack onto her lap. "Ah, easily fixed...Ummm, did... you...see my face?"
Kor writes a note and leaves it in a vacant bedroom, claiming it. He hums a song and flies into the city seeing a large beast smashing shit. Kor just gapes at the thing and shrugs. He goes into an abandoned coffee shop and gets a coffee while staring at the beast.
YAY!! I'm finally back... sorry about my disappearances. I went to help my grandparents cut their lawn, and tomorrow my school starts again... 
Jason didn't have time to react. He was almost sure his power had finished Dan, but he was still alive. The gravity crushed him down just as he got his armor on. Even that didn't help much. Jason crashed into the ground, sending a large amount of dust and debris into the air.
Karen cringed and pulled out a foldable cane from her bag. She then got up. "You're quite persistant. I'll give you that. But this isn't a fight I can win as I am. Therefore...I give up." She felt tears rolling down her cheeks. "Do what you want."
Karen smiled "So there is good in this place." she collapsed back into the couch. "Gimme a minute while I fix my powerpack." with that she whipped out several tools and began work immediatly.
Ricky took the sound wave and stepped back. "Just give me bad lady and I don't hurt you too," he said, walking in and pushing the younger girl out the way.
Karen quickly worked "this wire here, that wire hooks up to the..." the generator began to hum "Bwwuuuuuuuuuup!" Her prosthetic's energy meter rose quickly to around 75% she flipped her powerpack onto her back and and stood up. "Listen you dirty animal! I don't care what you say! But don't call me a 'bad lady'! I've had hardships you couldn't even dream of! So what! I kill for money! Do you know what happens to mercs when we lose? WE DIE!"
Dan let his hands drop and laughed louder than ever. His eyes were slowly returning to normal, but still red. He walked over to where jason lay. He looked down at him and spat on him. He slowly walked into the large building and up to the fight.
"Whats going on?" He asked, confused.
got to get some sleep in now though. Spent hours awake last night. very tired. If i can fit a post in before school i will, but if not i'll be back later tomorow.
The spit was incinerated before it came anywhere near Jason who had jumped out of the crater and landed on the building rooftop. He quickly went inside and down to the room, were he found Karen standing up yelling at the big animal thing.
He stood over in the corner his arms crossed as he watched in intrest.
