Jason's arms were folded, his ears now black and pointed. He had been listening around town, trying to hear about what everyone was planning on doing as of tomorrow. When he picked up on Karen and Beat's conversation, he was close to being enraged, but he managed to keep his emotion under control.
His ears molded back to humans ears, and he placed his comm back in his ears and sighed. He had almost let his emotions take over, but he had learned that emotions were something he needed let go of.
"This is what I get for letting a girl into my life... how pathetic of me. I almost ruined the security of the mission for a girl I had just met. I almost stooped to the level of a human, god damn myself..." Jason cursed, wanting to destroy something but not wanted to risk the plan again.
He instead, looked out over the city, thinking about all the cries of pain and agony he was going to be hearing by morning. He let a small smile flash across his face, imagining the screams he was going to hear. He sighed, thinking of all the heroes that would be killed, but that was no longer his concern, Karen having pretty much crushed all humanly emotions left in him. Now, he was completely prepared for what was about to happen. He closed his eyes, feeling the wind ruffle his hair, and waiting for Amaranth to get into place.
