Least Favorite Generation 1/2 Pokemon Designs?

Who is your favorite design? Mine is Empoleon (which is also my favorite Pokemon in general)

I liked newer generations over older ones due to the detail being enough to set them as Pokemon rather than just animals with an odd feature.

I'm a big fan of the design that's interesting while being simplistic, and I admit I'm also fond of the whole floating hands thing.

Haunter has been my favorite Pokemon for a long time now ^^

EDIT: Oh, and to your Mr.Mime thing, I'm sure you're aware of this, but it's because its Japanese name is Barriered (I'm sure I spelt that wrong) so it's not a gender specific name over there.

I'm positive that if all Pokemon had genders back in Gen 1, they would've called him something different in English.

I'm guessing that's how Ditto came about. He's really awkward to look at but you can't deny he's useful (that is, if you have a foreign one and use them for breeding shiny types). You know what? I don't think that applied in the first 2 gens so I change my stance (for this thread) to awkward to look at AND is mostly useless in combat. Ditto, you sucked in the 90's.

I truly despise people who are like "Shut up! Generation X didn't happen." I don't care if your not one to like pokemon but picking out one generation and just flat out blocking it is wrong.

Magnaton also suffers from the same lazy design of 'just slap several of the previous one together', but it's able to kind of get away with it because magnets I guess (although by that logic that shouldn't be possible since its poles go N/N S/S [http://cdn.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/thumb/7/72/082Magneton.png/180px-082Magneton.png].) and because I'm fairly certain that it and its pre-evolved form are man-made.

And as for most disliked Pokemon, I'm going to have to say Mr. Myme. And Jynx. but really, that's about it. I don't mind all the gumby looking "cute" lumps that pass for fifth-gen pokemon, but goddamn, the pseudo-humans really rustle my jimmies.

I KNOW they exist. and I KNOW it would scar me for life. That's my problem with those 3 pokemon.

Wobbufett is awesome! I love my wobbufett. So much rage when it revenge kills my friends pokemon.
The worst pokemon from Gen 1/2? Funsparse has already been mentioned, so probably Xatu, just because I can never pronounce its name.

And the best designed pokemon ever? Probably Excadrill.

In sand this guy is unstoppable. There were, like, only two counters in the entire game for him before he was banned.

To be honest, I am not very impressed with those designs , but to each his own I guess. And I don't think I constitute as a Geewunner considering my most loved region is still Hoeen, by far.

All of them. I played trough blue and silver when I was a kid and I'm sick of pokemon. I don't understand why people still like it and talk so much about it even when they're older. But then again I've grown to dislike everything Japanese. (Media that is, not people or cuisine etc.)
