Don't judge a man by how he treats his superiors but by how he treats those below him.
No idea where I heard it, but I like to try and follow it. It's easier to tell what kind of a person someone is by how he treats different people. I mean, towards your boss you have to be nice and respectful, but can you extend that kindness to someone who is homeless (as an example). So basically someone that being respectful towards won't actually get you anything or anywhere?

IQ scores...hmm quaint, so you tend to use numbers to make yourself superior to my numbers which i acquire through a series of numbers to determine my intelligence through representation of numbers? Then later in your life you use numbers to get a job all involving numbers to earn more numbers so you can live to buy stuff to earn more numbers?
