Beef. I actually don't much care for beef freshly cooked. Let it cool down and dry out for a day and I'll happily munch away, so long as it's thin-cut. Steaks aren't my thing.

When cold it becomes great finger-food.
With bread it becomes a steak sandwich.

Oh ho ho! This guy knows what he's talking about! Now, you could always reheat it and add steak sauce to make that sandwich even better! 8D

Steak sauce is only for bad steak!
Meatloaf is also quite amazing as leftovers.
When you reheat it, it gets the fat from the bacon slices on top to dribble through it, keeping everything moist.

A big, hearty potof homemade Zuppa Toscana (extra spicy). Just gotta take it outta the fridge, throw it on the stove, and sink into a few steamy bowls of bliss.

I love left-over bacon

There is no such thing as left over bacon... or too many olives.

The best is cold haggis and gravy.

Left-Over bacon is a very rare thing but when it's refrigerated and eaten cold it's better than ice cream.

OT: I disagree with Pizza. *shudders*

However, on the reverse end of the spectrum I must put fries as the worst leftovers ever. Eat them hot or not at all, they taste bad cold and worse re-heated.
