Nobody has mentioned robots yet, and I want robots. Great big robots with huge guns that shoot ponies into the pit of doom! They've got to be the type of robots people imagined we'd have back in the 70's. They can be controlled by a computer that takes up a city block, has alot of flashing lights (bulbs, not LEDs) and sound effects (bleep-bloop.)

P.S. Im only doing this because all movies suck at the moment, and plus i wanna see how random this can get

I disagree that all movies 'suck at the moment', Transformers didn't and it did have 'EVERYTHING':

- romance
- high school
- light family comedy
- battles involving the US army in the middle east
- government conspiracy (secret organization: Sector 7)
- asteroids
- aliens
- robots
- car chases

Keanu Reeves and Owen Wilson create a time machine out of some Plasticine and the remains of R2-D2, and go forward to a (Pixar animated) future, where a kindly whore (voiced by Dustin Hoffman) gives them work as postmen.

They then accidentally post something really expensive (a particularly nice shoe, perhaps) to the wrong address and go on an adventure to reclaim it. However, there are 'splosions and guns and stuff, action pieces we can put in the trailer to fool audiences to flock to the film.

I'm thinking the hero and villain are related, they're all dead, it's set in a different time, this is all a dream in an alternative universe and that one of the characters is in fact a robot replacement and another is the reincarnation of Hitler whose mind is trapped in 1944...

yes i know that transformers didnt suck, i mean i love transformers but

a) tranformers was like july 07, its 2009 now!
b) Im not going to say all movies suck (with a few exceptions including transformers)

besides i only started this thread because i wanted to see what people would come up with, i just felt there was no new decent films coming out at the moment
