Does it really matter what choice I make. On Friday the Mayans will come back with their awesome space robots and kill us all anyway.

OT: Hmmm this is hard, they both have their merits. I say go with Czercha because I like them more. Mostly because of what I discovered about the Ithorians
So when you save the Ithorians and demand a reward they are like just know you have made us poor beggars and you are EVIL, they gave me 5,000 credits. Now earlier in the story when you have to convince the guy to modify that one droid he says he needs like 8,000 credits. If you ask the Ithorians they are like Here you go take it, now, go on TAKE IT!!!!
So yeah I don't trust the Ithorians. Plus for his "healing" He gives you 5 force points. 5 FORCE POINTS. THAT IS IT THAT IS WHAT YOU GIVE ME?! 5 MEASLY FORCE POINTS!!!!!

I'm at the endgame now on Malachor V, I think I missed on a lot of character exposition in the game because I wasn't able to get their backstories.

However, here's something that maybe 90% of players didn't know. If you have Hanharr in your party, take him when you first go to Onderon, trust me, you get some great dialogue out of him.

I vote for siding with the Ithorians.

And I don't ever remember the Atton neck-snapping scene - just... wow. I think I might have done the weedy light side thing there and just said sorry for rifling through the guy's stuff :p

Loved the nod to Grunka too ;)

On the topic of the level design I definitely agree. To a certain extent though I think it suits the game: it's a pretty bleak story, really, and for much of the game its environments match that.

I'll vote for Ithorians.

By the way, I like how you're doing a mix of light and dark to find the most interesting conversations. Keep up the good work. And your little conversations where the characters break the fourth wall still makes me laugh.

I'm voting Ithorians because I've beaten this game before with both and I know how they both turn out, I just happen to like there;s a little bit better.

Alright, the choice has been made, but don't expect to see it for a while, since it's nearly Life Day.

LOL every time I read one of Atton's made up lines by woodaba, I can seriously recreate his voice in my head. Also with Kreia, and with any of the other characters.

I love this game THAT much.

Oh, and my choice, I'd like you to try Czerka's questline, merely because you've presented an interesting dillemma concerning the true nobility of their goals that I never thought of. I ALWAYS go with the Ithorians as a Light Side Jedi, but seeing a Light Side Jedi do the Czerka questline would be pretty interesting.

Alright guys, we've hit a bit of a snag.

As some of you probably know, the latest update for the Restored Content Mod was released recently, and adds in an entire planet that was previously cut from the game. However, it is NOT compatible with the current save file we are going through. We have too choices on how to proceed:

1)I start the game over, with the new update, making the exact same choices, so we get to enjoy the new update, meaning that the next update won't out for quite a while

OR

2) Continue on as normal.

I'm leaning towards the former at the moment, but, as always, your input is pivotal as to how I proceed with this. What do you all think?

We're talking about M4-78, right? If so it'd be great to see it, BUT I know how much work goes into these things and it's a big ask for you to go all the way back to the start of the game.

If you're happy to grind through Peragus et al again then I'm happy to wait, but I don't think anyone will hold it against you if you want to just continue on with the current version.

I vote restart but would you redo all the choices? because i would love to be able to to vote and contribute cause having played through the beginning of this game a few dozen times i think you missed some things on peragus (and you skipped part of the prologue XP)

Unfortunately, I will not be able to redo all the choices. It simply would not be practical, and would take absolutely forever.

I will be taking a closer look at the areas you mentioned, but I think I got pretty much everything worth getting in Peragus and the Tutorial, I just didn't show it because if I showed every single thing I did, we would be here forever.

Restarting would give something fresh to even the people who've played the restored content version of the game, but from what I've read the droid planet isn't very interesting (nowhere near as good as the HK factory) so if you don't want to have to go through Peragus again that seems like a sensible decision.

Also I know Czerka is in someones a fairly sensible choice (although I don't believe they'll really follow through with the restoration) but I find them kinda boring on Telos somehow. Too detached and corporate, so my votes for the Ithorians.

Btw will you be showing us how you're kitting out the characters? Just now and again, not on every level up, but I'm interested in what you'll be going for, especially with Bob's 'unique' playstyle

of course i understand and i think the tutorial thing was just the sealed hangar with the whole solo mode door puzzle and as far as peragus you just took the easy way with the sonic imprint scanner the other way being piecing it together from audio logs of the maintenance officer and maybe a few other small things nothing major

If you do have the time to restart and go through Peragus (and a little bit of Telos) then my vote goes towards restarting the game and continuing the updates once you've caught up. However, it is a lot of work to ask, so if you don't want to go through with it then please continue with the current one.

Well I hate to quote someone and just say "this" but.....this. If you want to go ahead, but if you don't wanna that's great too.

Whaa? A new planet? What new planet? I want to see this!

I say go get a new save - most of the folks who've seen the game before will want to see this (myself included), and those who haven't probably will by the time it's over.

But yeah, what new content is there?

Alright, I've decided to go ahead with the reboot, so to speak. It seems wrong to leave out a whole new planet in an LP of KotOR 2, and since many people have never seen it in it's completed form, myself included (though I have had a gander through the unfinished level), it should be interesting.

The planet itself is M4-78: a planet supposedly populated entirely by droids, droids who seemingly have their own society free from organics.
