Now the question is: Did Bethesda do this on purpose?
You mean, did they purposely gave those glasses to Mr.Burke and made a Pre-War hat with Yahtzee in mind?
No, no they didn't. You can make a Gordon Freeman as well and I'm pretty sure they didn't made that on purpose either. It's called, character customization.
Thanks for your time.
Actually the fact that you just stated that you could also make a Gordon Freeman makes me believe they actually did put stuff like that in on purpose.

Well I now respect you more than I have respected anyone else, Richard.

If you want perfect representations, get Saints Row 2. I have created a Yahtzee, a Mr T and a Joker and it looks so perfect too.

I'm pretty sure the level cap is 20 in both versions...
But it's removeable via mods or console commands in the PC version. 360 has no such thing.

Yep Yep. The initial cap is 20 in both versions but on PC you can use "setgs iMaxCharacterLevel XXX" to change it to what ever you want. The downside is it goes back to 20 when you close the game, so you have to do it everytime you play.

I assume that should you have a mod installed and remember to activate it everytime you start the game (Does anyone know if there's a way to auto-toggle the mods to "on" everytime? They keep reverting to off whenever I close down the game) then you wouldn't suffer from such a thing, though I haven't tested it so I couldn't say.

Good idea. The thing is using console commands isn't really a mod so there's no way it can affect the game permanently. I haven't really thought about modding the game yet but it certainly improved things in Oblivion so I'll give it a go. I'm assuming the modding community isn't that big (at the moment) and they might not have a mod-manager or even a level-cap mod yet but I'm definitely gonna look.

When they make the character creation tools as diverse as they have, it seems inevitable that you would be able to make celebrities in games.

I'm still positive that it wasn't put in on purpose. You could do it with anyone really. It's just a coinsidence that, along the way, I made my character look more and more like Yahtzee. And that's only a coinsidence because I have a similar beard so went with that to begin with, then found a cool hat and glasses from some dude I killed. That's it. There's nothing else to it.

It is just funny.

Fascinating!
I bet you pause your game whenever you see Yahtzee's face on zoom and hump your TV all day long.

EDIT: I would
