1. Something like the hidden blade in assassins creed only with lightsabers
2. Lightsaber daggers
3. Lightsaber throwing knifes (you would only need like five so that you could be continuously throwing them with one hand and retrieving them with the force with the other)
4. Wait for it ... Lightsaber gloves, imagine your hands glowing and being able to punch through almost anything, people, walls, more people, and you could even do cool stuff like knocking peoples heads off and catching the blades of lightsabers

What if you made a lightsaber that can extend and subtract to whatever length you wanted? Rather than the fixed length for normal lightsabers.

On topic: it's pretty hard to top the idea of a laser sword that can cut through everything.

Okay, I knew someone was going to mention cortosis, but apparently it gets harder to find over the years in the EU. If you play KOTOR, it's quite abundant, but what little I recall right now is that it got harder to find over the centuries.

people have been being creative about lightsabers since probably before you were even a twinkle in your mom's eye.

Or have him carry a unique "flattened" lightsaber, which is wider than usual one, but extremely thin.

Not much else you can do with it. You can make different weapon types of it. I want to see someone with say 2 light saber daggers. Or something better.

Stay away from blunt objects because that defeats the purpose of being able to CUT anything.

Impossible. Lightsabres are the the top of the Cool-o-metre[sup]tm[/sup] and you can't surpass it. Not nobody, not no-how.

Personally I would just say have your Super OP jedi just super charge the plasma beam with force lightning. If he really wanted to be OP, he could also use the force to give the plasma teeth sort of like a chainsaw, making it's cutting power even stronger. The more teeth he can "force" the blade to have, the better.

Give a regular lightsaber, another smaller lightsaber. Kinda like a detachable, slide-out pocket knife thing.
