Damn and I was half hoping this would've been about the Nine Inch Nails song...
Well, It ain't- It's about stuff much creepier....
Are you sure? Because the song did give me goosebumps.
Yes, I'm sure. Just post a story of you Encountering strange lights then we'll be set.

My favorite constellation is Cassiopeia, if that's what you're asking.

No. Not Constellations, I was asking about any strange lights you saw that might have had Extraterrestrial Origin.

My mother saw a UFO with her boyfriend in California Foothills as a teenager. A big metal sphere with smaller ones orbiting it, flying low and silent. They never told any authorities because it was during the 60's. And no they were not high on acid either. A little wierd...
I'm talking about a story like this one.

Ok let me think... Yes there was one time when I was about to fall asleep I was sure I saw a beam of light pass through my room, which gave me a bit of a scare. After about 5 minutes I was almost sleeping again when the same alleged light passed. So I was a bit freaked out and couldn't sleep for a little while.
Don't know a lot more sorry

Lights in the sky, on the 5th November? Surely not.

Not only can I see lots of lights in the sky, but also I can hear lots of explosions & sounds like gunshots.

Oh no, the invasion has started! Run for the hills, we're all doomed!

Okay, so one time Randy Beaman saw these weird lights in the sky and he called the police and he told them that he saw a UFO in the sky and then they told Randy Beaman that it was just a weather balloon and that there was no such thing as aliens so then Randy Beaman went back out side and he shot the weather balloon down with his BB gun and a little green alien came out of the weather balloon. Okay bye.

I am a resident alien...

Also: I started reading this book [http://www.amazon.com/Abduction-Enigma-Investigation-Alien-Phenomenon/dp/0312867085] awhile ago. It was sufficiently unsettling to make me stop. Either because the accounts are accurate, or people are weird enough to pretend.

So... No Encounters of any strange sort? Alright......
Nah- well, I did see the Aurora Australis (not to be confused with Borealis) once....That's about it.....
So nothing with UFO's? Never mind.......
No.... It'd be really cool if I did see something like a UFO, but I haven't.......
You have now. [http://chrish6.files.wordpress.com/2007/07/italy-ufo-2.jpg]

That doesn't look like a UFO, more the top of a building with the 'stem' obscured by a bush.

Oh, well in that case I once saw a show on TV about UFOs. Quite a few, actually.

That's about it.
I was referring to a personal experience that happened to YOU.

For example(Again...):

[li]Several months ago, when I was closing a window, I noticed a bright light in the sky. Being that Dusk was falling, I thought it was a star. Then I noticed that there were no other lights in the sky. I turned my head for a second, and when I looked back, the light was gone without a trace. I searched all over the sky, but found nothing.[/li]
Well, I did experience those shows, and it was very personal to me.

Just like you to not understand the things that are important to me.

Well, Jamanticus did say "Something LIKE a UFO" And I was aware that it was fake at the time that I uploaded it.

Let us consult the flying object identification <a href=http://img443.imageshack.us/img443/6465/airforceufoidchartkl6.jpg>chart.

In regards to unidentified flying objects, I've seen my share, but none that would qualify as bizarre, otherworldly, unexplainable, or disconcerting. More along the lines of 'who threw whatever-that-was at me?'
