The Arbiter from Halo 2,3 also on the list is Half Jaw, Cortana and even Masterchief as he at least does his job the way it should be.
I also add enclosed the ENTIRE cast of Mass Effect with the exception of Soveriegn. In particular note Wrex, Ash and Shepard respectivley.
I also liked Dr. Tenenbaum from Bioshock very greatly.
And Carmine from both Gears of War games was quite loveable.
I also liked Fawkes from Fallout 3.
Then there was Alyx Vance....

EDIT: And Lizardman from Soul Calibur because along with Wrex, and the Arbiter and Half Jaw I love reptiles.
