Lead guitar: Tim millar/One of the guys from SikTh/one of the guys from in flames 10 years ago(Protest the hero/SikTh/a younger in flames), and yes, 3 lead guitarist isn't excessive at all...
Rythm guitar: Robb flynn (machine head)
Bass: Arif Mirabdolbaghi/Flea/Jeff ament (protest the hero/Rhcp/Pearl jam)
Drums: Gene Hoglan (Strapping young lad)
Vocals: Maynard James Keenan/Devin Townsend/Michael Akerfeldt/Robb flynn (Tool/Strapping young lad/Opeth/Machine head)
Female vocals: ... um... Hayley williams I guess (as long as her mic is turned off, time for some sweet sweet eye candy.)

General song writing: Devin Townsend, really the only person I can think of that would manage a stupidly diverse amount of music at once.

Robb Flynn's a pretty good lead guitarist too.

Undoubtedly, though rhythm is definitely his strength. Phil demmell outsolos him pretty easily, he has all the coolest ones... Robb's the better songwriter though.

Uh oh music industry guy is here. Get prepared for weirdness.

Bass: Naomi Yang (Damon & Naomi/Galaxie 500)
Drums: Dave Lombardo (Slayer)
Percussion: John Murphy (Death In June, NON, SPK, Max Q, Naevus, etc etc)
Keyboard/piano: Tori Amos
Samples/sequencing: Nic Endo (Alec Empire, Atari Teenage Riot)

Genesis P-Orridge? John Zorn? BLIXA?! My beloved Blixa?

Good show sire, good show indeed.
Well, P-Orridge scooped the "other" category by virtue of it being a fairly exclusive club. Not too many transgender singers out there outside the gay clubbing scene.
Dana Claire Simpson comes to mind however (born David Craig Simpson).
She's got a pretty sweet sound going.

Drums - Gavin Harrison (Porcupine Tree, King Crimson, a session musician). The epitome of playing tight and groovy. Plays great and imaginatively. My favourite drummer and probably my favourite musician of all time.

Vocals - Mikael Åkerfeldt (Opeth, Bloodbath), he's a great guitarist too.

Guitar - John Petrucci (Dream Theater) or Ron Jarzombek (Spastic Ink, Blotted Science).

Bass - Victor Wooten.

Keyboards - Jordan Rudess (Dream Theater) or Richard Barbieri (Porcupine Tree).

Honorable mentions

Steven Wilson (Porcupine Tree) - Guitar and vocals, decided to not include him on the list because he's not that amazing technically, but his songs are awesome.

Martin "Axe" Axenrot (Opeth) and Martin Lopez (Formerly Opeth) - Drums. Great drummers, but I decided to only include Gavin Harrison.

John Myung (Dream Theater) and Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers) - Bass.

Jeff Porcaro (Toto) - An amazing drummer, who unfortunately died at quite an early age. I don't know much of his work, but I've heard him play, and he played very good.

Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater) - Drums, I have a lot to complain about him, but he used to play quite nicely, and still, though he isn't as good as he used to be. I've heard he doesn't practice that much anymore, and it can be heard from his playing.

EDIT: added Flea.

Throbbing Gristle invented a whole new genre of music almost singlehandedly. Their importance in western music over the last 30 years cannot be understated - while they never achieved anything approaching commercial success, their influence was incredibly far-reaching and music simply wouldn't sound as it does today without them. On the other hand, Dana doesn't even have a MySpace or YouTube presence so I can't even preview her stuff. Now that's just amateur.

Dana is small-time, but she is rather talented.
You can check out some of her stuff here:

http://www.cafepress.com/idrewthis.13086539

If that doesn't work, it can also be sampled here, assuming you have an account on last.fm

http://www.last.fm/music/D.C.+Simpson

Also, I wasn't trying to imply DC was on the same level as Throbbing Gristle.
It's just that you mentioned the fact that there were precious few transgender musicians so I thought I'd point out one that I rather liked. Sorry to give the wrong impression.

It's okay I just go into "annoying industry worker" mode and start frothing at the mouth when an artist doesn't have a friggin' MySpace. Thanks for the links, cafepress worked okay.
