All the weapon noises in Counter Strike Source.
I was happy with 1.6, but alas, all my friends started playing source so I had to get it.
And it's unbelieveably noob-friendly, which annoys the crap out of me because I can't get the hang of it.
The only warmth I find while playing Source is the same voices and weapon sounds...
"Fire in the hole" brings back nostalgia from playing internet cafes in Europe many years ago...

ME2:
The Elcor version of Hamlet coming out on video
The Elcor Hamlet had me laughing for ten minutes, I called my friend in to see it, and he just stared blankly at it, and then me. Great stuff though, the salarian game salesman was hilarious too.

BioWare do this stuff all the time, Amaranthine (where you meet Helena Blake) in ME, and Amaranthine in Dragon Age, there are many cross over game references and re used names etc. in pretty much every BioWare game.

There was a cutscene in Jak and Daxter: TLF that wink towards the last games. I forget it now, but it made me smile.
I always liked the wink in Jak3: That white-faced monk chick is talking to Jak and Daxter and she says, "This isn't a game". And then you see Jak and Daxter give this little look in the camera. Everytime I hear that line in a game, I expect the main character to to give a little wink.

OT: In Rachet2, Clank does a little Daxter dance when they find a gizmo. Also, Elena in Uncharted 2 saying that she was last year's model.

Metal Gear Solid 2. Raiden asks Snake if he has enough ammo and Snake points at his headband and says "infinite ammo."
And in MGS4 when back on Shadow Moses if you aim the camera directly overhead Snake will say "overhead view, just like old times."

Fallout 3
"War... War never changes" Line from the very first Fallout

Harold the tree was in both Fallout 1 and 2. Originally just a man, then a man with a sapling growing out of his head. awesome.

I'm sure there are more in Wild Arms 2 but this is the only one I remember right now is where Irving shows everyone his EMMA motor and tells them that it's not named after a person named Emma. A referance to the scintest and motor of the same name from Wild Arms 1.

I can't really think any now but I know WoW was full of winks to all sorts of stuff. As in quests or quest givers and lots of NPC names.

Zelda also has a few cross over characters through different iterations of the game that are fun.

Saints Row 2 had about half it's cast being people from the first game

Ultor only made sunglasses in the first game, which you can actually buy

And it's still set in the same city with the same layout.

Saints Row 2 is all I got, everyone already said everything else.

Yes, WoW is chock-full of puns, quotes and pop-culture references, but the best for me had to have come from the Blasted Lands, wherein you're given a quest to collect Draenethyst fragments...

Well this is shaping up to be the nerdiest post I've ever written, so I best finish it off:

The name of the quest is "Everything Counts In Large Amounts"

'What's so special about that' you ask. That title happens to the be the penultimate chorus line from Depeche Mode's hit single 'Everything Counts' which marks their first in a long line of Industrial inspired hits, is "arguably...the first English-language industrial pop hit.", but most importantly, it's one of the many songs that got me hooked on the good synth pop of the 70s and 80s and continues to be one of my favorite songs of all time

I know! It made me laugh so much. There were hundreds of little moments in ME2 that were like that.

The bachelor party on Illium was hysterical too.

In Fallout 3 (a spiritual successor to Oblivion), there's a pillar in the exact center of the map with the letters TESIV written on it.

In Rainbow 6 Vegas 2, there were several references to past Ubisoft titles. Namely, the Prince of Persia/Splinter Cell arcade booths on the trade show level and this exchange between 6 and Bishop:

Bishop: Couldn't the NSA just handle this?
6: Normally yes, but their top agent has gone dark. (R6V2 came out shortly after Double Agent)

Also, in Bioshock, I found the words "Shodan is watching" graffitied on a wall somewhere.

Finally, while this might not be a nod to the previous title: The "Hanar Dirty Harry" joke on illium in ME2.

Silent Hill 3 has a bazillion Silent Hill 2 references if you have a savegame of the latter one on your memory card, such as, when you check your mail: "No letters, not even from a dead wife".

In BioShock 2 there's a lovely little secret involving a golf club and a statue.
I missed that achievement...
The best part was that it was named '9-irony'. I thought that was genius.
What? I didn't know about that! Damn that is one hell of an easter egg. Well done 2K.

in GTA:Liberty City Stories they had the sign HELLO AGAIN!! in that place where it said "You're not supposed to be here you know." in GTAIII (It was a combination of glitch/exploit that you ended up in a secluded place.)

Ken Rosenburg from GTA:VC being in GTA:SA, as well as Claude from GTA3

how in BC2 you'll be able to use the Tommy gun, 1911, and M1 Garand from WWII lol

can't think of any others at the moment.
