What bands have you seen live, and describe the concert.

Blink 182-they were OK, I mostly remember banging a chick after the show.
Sonata Arctica-It was fucking awesome!
DrangonForce-........I walked out half-way through (it was terrible)
Rush-One of the best concerts I have ever been too
GBH-I blacked out
Iron Maiden-It was insanely epic (it was Rock in Rio 2003, a time to remember)

Lights and Nightwish have been the only two.

Both of them were awesome, and memories that will stay with me until I die. ^_^

The only live bands I've seen were so obscure I don't recall their names.

Rise Against (Twice) - Both amazing, get feeling and the crowd was wild.

Bowling for soup (Twice) - Both funny more than anything, second gig was an acoustic session so a lot more chilled out.

Killswitch and Inflames - WILD, pretty much sums up that gig, KSE were funny as well, also recieved a free can of Rockstar cola...so good night.

I saw Jimmy Buffett when I was 10. I got a lei there.

Then last year I saw the Moody Blues (my all time favorite band) in concert. That event was far too awesome to describe in words.

Alrighty. Here we go.

Megadeth. Awesome because they played the whole Rust In Peace album right through.
Ozzy. Awesome because I got to meet Zakk.
AC/DC. Awesome because I got to bond with my dad on the 3 hour drive over to where the concert was.
Disturbed. Awesome presentation, and I got to learn about two new bands that I really like now.
Ozzy. Awesome because I got to see him twice in the same year.
Slayer. Mosh pits. OOOOH Yeah.
Protest the Hero. Awesome because it wasn't a very big concert and the singer was very down to earth. he even took a break to smoke something someone had thrown up on the stage.

And there's probably more, but I can't remember right now.

Oh man, I've seen way too many shows to relate them all here. HIM, Dropkick Murphys, The Veer Union, Breaking Benjamin (x3), Aiden, The Goo Goo Dolls...the list (and variety) would go on for pages. My favorite concert MEMORY though, was when Kidnap Kings (at the time known as Dropping Daylight) busted out a cover of Don't Stop Believing and nobody except me and my three buddies knew the words. They came up to me after the show and were like "dude, WTF is wrong with this place?" I couldn't tell them. I mean, who DOESN'T know Journey? That's a crime.

Runrig (Scottish rock band)

Since they were performing at Scone Palace (Scotland), me and my dad had to drive up from London and camp in a field with a load of drunk scots overnight, then see several hours of warm-up acts before the concert the next evening. Well worth it though, it was amazing.

How was Dropkick Murphys?

Enter Shikari - both times suitably immense
The King Blues - these two times were also rather good
Your Demise - not really my thing at the time, but they were a support and I did eventually get their album
Rolo Tomassi - again, a support band and an experience I'd rather forget
Carnelian (local band) - was a good night out
The Weeknights (local band) - another good night out

Sonisphere UK:
Iron Maiden =]
Rammstein =]
Pendulum =]
Alice Cooper =]
Slayer =]
Europe =]
Motley Crue =|
Turisas =]
Alice in Chains =[
Skindred =]
Anthrax =|
Delain =[
Gary Numan =|
Apocalyptica =|

I'm sure there were a few more, but I can't remember.

I'm going to see Bowling for Soup in October, Motorhead in November and possibly Pendulum again in December. I'm also going to LimeTree Festival this year.

I've seen them twice actually. Most recently, they were...drunk. They played at my University and I'm not sure they took the show seriously. They were doing us a favor taking a night off a tour or Europe to fly back to northern NY (think Canada) for one night and then flying back the next morning. Their only request was four KEGS of Guinness in their dressing area. Two of them were too drunk to perform but regardless the rest of them brought the house down. Al Barr at one point reached down into the crowd and held my Red Sox hat up for the duration of "Shipping Up To Boston."

Mmm, Pot Noodles... they definitely helped me through the weekend.

I'm definitely a bigger fan of Europe now.
They did pretty good covers of No Woman, No Cry and Heaven & Hell.

If I never see a pot noodle again it will be too soon...

And I really wanted to see them play the final countdown D:

But I got carried away in a mosh pit at Turisas...

Still at least the Blaas of Glory were back :D

- Disturbed at Ruisrock(Was hoping for a longer performance, but it was still very good)

2010 (These next ones were all at Sonisphere,Pori)
- Apocalyptica (It was alright, I don't really listen to Apocalyptica)
- Volbeat (Oh hell yeah, it was awesome! And they are coming back to Finland next month. Trying to get tickets there with my brother)
- Slayer (Didn't get good spot here. Cool performance still. Saw few nice mosh pitts there :)
- Alice Cooper (Didn't know that many songs from them, but the show was awesome. They were using Slayer's drumset, nice sound)
- Iron Maiden (Oh my God. It was the best moment of my short life. Thank you Maiden. Hell, Maiden even said it was the concert they have played in Europe. It was a honor to be there)
