I tend to prefer cricket and rugby, but it's just good manners to keep an eye on the home team. Especially when they're in the same league as Wednesday, Huddersfield and Leeds.

I don't really know much about Liverpool FC, or the Premiership in general. Haven't even been to Liverpool in a while, though I wasn't in any rush to return.

I'm a Huddersfield Town supporter myself. We were promoted to the Championship this season after a 10 year absence so it feels good to be back. We were good once...back in the 1920s. My best friend is actually a Liverpool fan so I do follow them now and again.

Incidentally, you wanna see if you can get tickets too Liverpool vs Everton. The Merseyside Derby is an experience you will not soon forget..

Not a Liverpool fan, I'm a neutral you see, got into football far too late in my life to choose a team. Still Liverpool are one of the teams I generally like seeing win.

The Stoke game was a borefest though, It must be tough for Stoke fans to have to sit and watch a bunch of hoofers try and stop the other team from playing Football week in, week out.

I hope Liverpool lift there game soon, its depressing watching a team that won the Champions League really not that long ago stutter so much.

I have toyed with the idea of making a user group for the Premier League as a whole, though.

I'd happily lose my User Group virginity to that!

Ooh, I remember Hyypia. He was alright, nothing special, but not bad. I don't know what it's like elsewhere, but where I live, either you're a Liverpool fan or Liverpool fans are mecha-hitler-stalin.

To be honest though I prefer Rugby, less tosspots and more points.

I'm a Swansea fan, but since Brendan Rogers did us proud, I've got some interest in seeing Liverpool do well this season. At the very least since he was one of the people asking you guys to stop sacking your managers every season and stick with Ken for a bit longer, it would be nice if he lasts more than a season. Saying that, there is a small(nasty) part of me that likes how the table looks at the moment. We finished ahead of Martinez last year and it's nice to look like this, even if it's only going to be for a couple more matches

Don't really follow English football much myself, though I sometimes drop into a Europa League match. I dunno, from my standpoint Liverpool has always been a very invisible team. Personally, I'm more on the Arsenal side.

I like Brendan and certainly hope they give him a few seasons to do what he wants to, I mean it took Fergie 5 years to get Man(sc)U(m) to where they are.

Firstly I had no one idea how many people here follow football and secondly how many people go and search for user groups to join? I don't think that number would be too far away from reality on this site.

Everton fan here, but I don't mind LFC. I wouldn't think you'd have a problem finding Liverpool fans, they seem to be everywhere I look. I've seen a number of LFC avatars on this forum.

That said, as a manager Fergie is almost unrivalled in many respects and god only knows what's going to happen to Old Trafford when he finally retires/snuffs it...

You can't really say he's a bad manager even if you don't like him.
20+ years in the same club and achieving all he has is no easy task
