I hang out in the MLP: friendship is magic group on the escapist. It doesn't feel so lonely then.

Online gaming helps for me. Granted it's just a temporary fix, but hanging out with friends in Minecraft is much more entertaining than twiddling my thumbs and thinking about how alone I am.

Not dealing with it too well. Mainly I just make sure to keep myself busy with gaming, work and movies until I'm so tired that as soon as my head hits the pillow I pass out. That way I don't have to think about anything I don't want to think about. It is quite hard regardless. No other way around it though I guess since I just can't trust people enough anymore to befriend any of them. Like one wise man once said, People are shit.

I game or watch films. However I personally prefer meeting up with friends or talking to people that I like. I mean when I'm lonely I surround myself with people I like. They cheer me up.

On topic: I deal with loneliness by either listening/playing to music, reading, or games.

No. A realistic outlook. Life can't suck always. There's always a bright spot on the horizon. Even if i die trying to find it it will still be there.

The issue is what you would genuinely define as a "bright spot".

I can't say that loneliness bothers me, to be honest. It's like an old friend. You may not see them for a long time, but when you do it feels like nothing's changed and you haven't been apart at all.

But I mostly I try to think maybe things will be better later.

First step: Choosing a item in my place that definately need to lear how to fly, And make it fly.
Second step: Going out, taking a walk, phoning my friend and ask them to go somewhere.
Third step: Get drunk.
Fourth step: Waking up still wasted, look at the debris of afformentioned item, think of cleaning up.
Fifth step: Choosing to not giving a fuck about the item, make some coffee, log onto a game.

Never had any depression that survived past the 4th step.

When you realise your alone then its just you and yourself so i spend the time becoming the person i want to be.It has worked so well i am the person i want to be and know most of the skill i have wanted to learn.
