I can't remember what it's called, but Someone set up a machine to play the same 4 notes again and again exactly every 30 seconds for 1 hour, it sounds crazy, but works really well as background music for concentrating.

What I don't like about One is that it is simply overplayed, just like enter sandman and maybe master of puppets. Some people suggest it's unlistenable. I maintain that it's absolutely perfect background ambience for when I'm working.
