This is completely unrelated, but I just felt that you should be made aware that you have the world's single most amazing avatar.
Question: Did Goku die of a heart attack, or did Light feel like getting creative this time?
Why thank you, I'm flattered

1. Probably Red Dead Redemption. It's the best made game I have ever played, and it shows how stories can be emotionally moving and deep.
2. A computer to the late 1800s, early 1900s. Industry and innovation were booming then, and an introduction to a computer could have made us progress at an amazing rate. Who knows what technology we could have had today if computers were introduced back then.

Game: Bioshock. Imagine the look of awe as they see the graphics and advanced gameplay on it.

Tech: The Kinect. Motion sensors and plays not only games but also has internet abilities. Bringing a computer/labtop or a plasma T.V. wouldn't seem as "highly-advanced" compared to the newest in the x-box series. They have computers (only bigger and slower) and they have T.V.s (only smaller), and every other technology isn't as, "WOW! How does it work?", to me.

Steampunk-themed clothing and maybe weapons to victorian-era england (They may not even react my prescence). And Halo's Forge to any 90's programmer I can create a game within a game in 30 minutes!

Game? Halo combat evolved
Invention? Heavy machine gun (perferably the MG42) and a lot of ammunition. I will own the persians along with my army of 300 men that are totally straight.

GTA IV, with mods. The best game I can think of for creating a convincing fully-realized world.

As for technology, I'd take back a bunch of medical journals to the middle ages or something; let people know doing surgery after taking a dump with no intervening steps is a bad idea.
