Wait, I thought everyone lost faith in humanity nine "Lost Faith In Humanity" threads ago. Wow.

Wow. Everytime I hear stuff like that, I sort of become thankful that I either live in a relatively peaceful community, or that I look like someone that people just do not want to mess with. I prfer the latter, because its true. I am glad that people don't talk to me like that. It would not end very well for them.

Well more specifically losing faith in my town, apparently here you have to and can only listen to mainstream rap(I get funny looks when I listen to good music),any game other than CoD sucks, and every so often someone who doesn't even know me will point and say something about me being a "******" or "Jew c*nt" oh and you have to dress "gangsta" and speak in slang, and I'm tired of all the stupidity,is it like that anywhere else or is my town the epicenter of human stupidity?
May I ask what state you live in, cause you just described my high school to a T.
Sounds like New York to me. More specifically everything past Upper East Side, Manhattan NY.
I live in the middle of nowhere, aka Illinois, and that's all you ever hear or see.

Or they're trying to compensate for something. I used to have Scott's "Faggo" monologue memorized to disarm anyone in my school trying to shoot the pink f-bomb at me. Unfortunately, I wasn't the designated homosexual, but the designated godless heathen Satanist warlock. Seriously, East Texas is backwards. I think even the teachers thought I was going to lay a curse on somebody.
I swear, you read one Aleister Crowley book at lunch...

You must be in high school, I can tell. Don't worry, most of that goes away once you go to college.

Bear costume...wish I thought of that. Black kid (who tries too hard to "be black") called me a ****** once so I called him a certain other word and then got punched in the face. Not a fun week (it hurt for awhile).

Ironically, I was the one with all the friends and he was by himself. So it was him. Then again, my friends with me at the time were nerdy girls and the only one capable of fighting him agreed with him (he was never a good friend though).

I love civilization. People's capacity for rational discourse is my favourite bit. Of course, he was acting like one, to use Chris Rock's definition. Very sorry about the violence. We should all move to Vancouver. Or perhaps found (or take over) a micronation.

I just hate the hypocracy of the "black" culture.

Hypocrisy? How do you mean? Are these guys complaining about being treated like thugs when they're punching people in the face over a word?

People who fought for equality must be rolling in their graves at the ignorance of recent generations.

Neah , don't lose your faith and keep listening what you want . Eventually people will evolve someday . This is for sure , but I don't know how long it will take for one of them. You can always move .

By black culture I mean thug as you likely figured, and that culture is out to ruin everything King strived for. Half of it is Malcom X's fault though. They are resistant to being equal with white people and also commonly are against LGBT rights too, despite having been in a similar situation. Being part of a repressed group is likely my whole reason for being so equal rights minded, not against it.

People are like that across the board. My own hometown shitkickers are the same thugs in different costumes. As a straight white male, my opinion has about as much weight as these words I'm typing, but it is sad to see freedoms that people fought, suffered, and died for being squandered on thuggery and willful ignorance. But that's just the squeaky wheel, I think. Nobody notices the people who mind their own business and behave decently.
Maybe it's just the human tendency to find someone lower on society's totem pole to take aggression and frustration out on. Maybe it's just simple hatefulness. If I understood the human animal, I wouldn't be the bitter, reclusive misanthrope I am.
Best of luck to you. You seem like one of the good ones.
