Oh yeah, when it comes to insults, you're all full of brimming metaphors, aren't cha? But when it comes to affection, it's all brisk falseness and two minuting grinding sessions! Seriously, it's like trying to get off to a log! Not that I'm referring to your cock mind, which I'd be gracious to call minute!
Oh yeah, that's just like you. Insulting a person's manhood to make you feel better because you're too cold and disgusting to get off to anything.

Ugh. You and your kind make me sick. You're lucky I even put up with your tired ass.

Me and my kind? Sure, that makes sense. I understand. You'd be far better off with Colin. And yeah, I know about Colin. Best to delete your text messages next time.
You think I didn't want you to know? You must really think I'm an idiot.

I left those out for you to see. I thought it might make you a bit more open and be more like him, but no, it just shows you're a jealous **** who's after my money. Well guess what, *****. I rewrote my will and in case you forgot, we signed a prenup!

What do you mean its all down to lust? All love is lust, just different kinds of lust.

And yes, of course it's possible, it's been happening for the last 10 years now.

It is possible to love someone on the Internet, that being said it's a bad idea, I've had experience with this and I will tell you long distance relationships are horrible and are most likely going to end up in failure. But that's just my experience.

It's hard to be like him when I don't have a cock to shove in your mouth! And I don't want your money. It's pathetic, all that cash you haven't earned. Never worked a solid day in your god damn life. It was all just waiting there for you when you slithered out of your mothers cursed ****! Me and my thirteen non-existent sisters had to toil on the streets of my non-existent hometown for a whole year just to buy a nice dress to my non-existent prom!
Jesus christ. You're just completely delusional aren't you?
I'm the provider for you and your whore sisters. If it weren't for me you'd all be dead in the streets like you should be.

I say yes it can happen.. And more power to the people it does happen to. But at the same time it comes with a lot of challenges IE never seeing eachother... So yeah, if they can stay true and loyal besides that for a long time then good on ya.

I agree with quiet_samurai on pg 1.

I'm currently in an ldr and my feelings for him are immense and vice versa. We definitely have plans to see each other one day as our current situations don't allow us to right away.

Right, I've been visiting this site for a long time and have been in doubt to register for quite a while, but I just had to reply to this topic since I have been thinking about this a lot. Prepare for a TL;DR.

First of all, if you ask a question like if you can 'love' someone 'over the internet', it depends on both your definition of love and whether you mean purely over the internet or both internet and IRL. As a psychology student I've actually read a lot of recent papers about love, and love itself seems to be more of a reaction to healthy communication combined with a desire to be with that person as much as possible.

'Love' over the internet happens way more often than IRL because with things like chat sites it's easy to type to many people at once, while in real life it's really rare to talk on a personal level with many people at once. So if you're both on the internet a lot, you keep thinking about each other and communicate quite carelessly and spontaneous, which is the base for most relationships. Also, there's possibly a desire for that person to be around you (or be online) and it's even possible for there to be physical attraction. So yes, it's quite possible to fall in love on the internet...

... However, you really have to meet in real life before any form of a real relationship can exist. If you're really serious about being together you're probably going to want to live in the same house, which is completely different from simply both having your own life and chatting a lot. No matter how well you click on the internet, real life could always be a disappointment.

As for a romance story - mine is probably one of the more unlikely ones: I was visiting a classmate of mine for fun and she was camming with a few other girls on some girls-only chatbox on tinychat, when one of the girls caught my eye and I started talking to her a bit.. in the end we exchanged MSN and from there we quickly developed a good friendship. The more we talked the more we liked each other and everything just went so naturally it was amazing. So she went to my place and I went to hers 3 weeks later (it's a 3,5 hour journey, so it's doable but really annoying). The only problem was that she had a boyfriend at first, but she actually broke up with him soon after we met. So now our friendship keeps improving and we joke around about love, sex & relationships a lot, but nothing official yet because of the distance I guess. I really do fancy her a lot, but 'truly loving her' is probably too strong. She plans to study at the same university I study at next year, so we're waiting for that to happen :]

Phew, now that I've got that out of my system I can go to bed in peace :D if you're interested in even more (which I very much doubt) PM me :)

Don't worry, my posts are rarely over half as long as this one :p

Very nice word choice of whore sisters. That's all you do with them: pay 'em and fuck 'em. Why are we even married?!
The fuck if I know. You married me for my money and that's it. I married you for what used to be a lukewarm hole in your crotch, but now since that's gone, you're completely worthless.

Leave me and your whore sisters be!!

Its very possible. Sometimes I wonder if I have experienced it myself. I know I have seen others feel it for others, with a few deciding to act on it and ending up meeting and getting married in the real world. As for me... we will see. :3
