So it looks like I'm one of the few who actually READ the link that was provided earlier in this thread.
Spike TV will be partnering with LucasArts to bring you the world premiere of the next big Star Wars game franchise.
This means two things.
1. It's Star Wars. It's not Indiana Jones, Fracture, Thrillville, or a new IP.
2. It's not a sequel if it's a new franchise. So stop moaning for KoTOR 3 and Battlefront 3. There's been no point to a KoTOR 3 ever since TOR was announced back in '08. As for my own speculation, I doubt the Boba Fett picture is an indicator. Given that this announcement will involve Spike TV, it'll likely be for an action-focused game with a script that's only as good as any of the movies (and I mean all of them, not just the prequels).
