Name: Kazimierz Roszedik
Gender: Male
Race: Human/Wraith
Plane: Ravnica
Mana: Black
History: A member of the wealthiest, most illustrious, and decadent guild in Ravnica, the Orzhov Syndicate. A tall, handsome, pale man with lithe figure and feature. His extremely charismatic personality appealed to the hierophants in the ranks above him, his sycophancy and smiles disguising his ambitious drives for power.
His glamour hid his motives from the patriarchs, though the depravity they displayed at all times wore at his nerves. Their needlessly gaudy sense of fashion and their taste in goods of any nature was outlandishly expensive and gluttonous at best, Kazimierz could not help but be disgusted by it.
But his patience paid off. Over several-hundred years of diligent work to convince the scum of the backrooms and the scum of the boardrooms to support him, culling favor from the right people, making allies of them, and intimidating their enemies. Employing every trick and turn of the trade, from economic acumen and intuitive stock exchange and trade agreement, to the black markets and the dark alleys of business. After several-hundred years of public displays of affection and charity, regular donations and community service, gaining all the prestige necessary to gain power, he finally rose high enough to be accepted into the Ghost Council, in the church of Orzhova.
Although surely not a ghost, he did have a spectre-esque appearance, which was good enough. Besides, there were plenty of mortal spirits on the Ghost Council in those days. Orzhov's power was waning, and Kazimierz had plenty of ideas on how to spread power for Orzhova.
Through means unknown, or bribery, he managed to obtain an artifact from the Izzet League. A object which would, upon it's dousing in gloom, and Kazimierz consumption of it, allow him to transcend the boundaries of mortality. He could travel between realms.
And so he consumed it. And became a planeswalker.
As well as a wraith. The artifact ripped away his material form. Well, at least he was even more spectre-esque. Trying to look on the bright side, he decided immortality wasn't so bad, he also figured no one would be able to touch his intangible form.
But it wasn't much consolation.
He decided that business ventures into other planes to further the prestige of his guild was the least of his worries. Now, he seeks a mortal, tangible body.
And Alkaloth has promised this to him.
He had best keep to his promise. The Orzhov can do more than make his life miserable.
They can make his death miserable too.
Fighting style: Kazimierz makes extensive use of magic, as his semi-translucent body isn't useful for physical harm. His specialty is the use of gateways through realms, allowing passage for other beings. Specifically guildmages and Orzhov's indentured spirits. The thousands of souls that have become indebted to the Orzhov and now work in the afterlife to pay what they owe. He can summon large amounts of them to his aide, afterwards he either commands them to attack, or siphons their energy. However, there are only so many souls, and the Orzhov do need a significant force of them to keep their coffers (And bellies) full. They do represent an important part of business.
Anyway, he siphons their energy to, as a disembodied spirit, not only to keep himself alive, but to fuel his main form of assault: bending reality to his whim.
Faction: Alkaloth.
