It's unfortunate but if he's visible to others then it's indecent exposure. I'm sure nothing will come of it.

It's his own house the people should have been arrested for trespassing.

Well, since no one else will make the joke: Indecent exposure? I thought it was pretty decent.

Yeah, windows and people in your bushes can make indecent exposure confusing. Kind of odd, don't you think?

No, it's not. They were trespassing on his property and he had no intention of showing his bits to others. He's a father, for christ's sake.

They were cutting through his freaking yard!
Not his damn fault they saw.
If anything, at least fine the woman for trespassing.

he should countersue for damages done to his reputation after this fiasco and also sue for trespassing!

"According to officers the man wanted to be seen naked, a voilation of the law".
WHAT?!
It is against the law to want to be seen naked?!
ONE YEAR IN JAIL!!!!? WHAT?!!!!!!!

If a man (or woman for that matter) wants to walk around his (or hers) own home in the buff, then more power to them!

Old news I'm afraid.

I heard of this a while ago.

Still, its bullshit.

Imagine if that was the other way around. If the woman was naked in her house and a man saw her, he'd be the one to be arrested.

Police could have probably gone to the house and seen he couldn't know he was exposing himself, but it's been my experience cops arrest first and then see what charges stick.

This is absolute crap,I'm not sure if the same thing would happen over here in Australia, but my god why would the mother be peering into other peoples private premises in the first place.
If i spotted someone naked in their house i would be embarrassed myself and walk off quickly, or if it was a good looking lady hang around in the bushes and watch... Then claim indecent exposure!

How can you not blame her? The man was in his HOME! She was the one peeping through his window.
Arrest her for voyerism!

What.
No. Just no. A man should be free to do what he wants in his home, without having to worry about trespassers pressing charges.

Well, maybe he'll close the curtains now.

Bullshit. I'm naked in my house any chance I get. I don't mean in a perverted way, more like if I get out of the bath or shower and I suddenly want a cup of tea while there's no one else home. Hell it's refreshing as fuck is what it is and that man shouldn't have been charged for a single damn thing.
