Seriously. If she hadn't been violating his privacy by LOOKNG in his WINDOW, not to mention trespassing on his property in the first place, this could never have happened. Twas very much a case of a self-inflicted crime. If you ask me (and you kind of did) it's the same thing as busting in on a stranger in a bathroom stall and calling THAT indecent exposure.
