Wow. THis just shows how stupid people can be. What school makes you need to walk you son there at 5:30? And since when was it okay to tresspass and not get in trouble? I say if he is in trouble so should he. Also the kid isn't going to be scarred from seeing a penis, he is going to see a lot more during his life. Not to mention the one he sees every day. This is also a product of our society thinking that nakedness is bad. I say who cares, we all see it at some point, it is only natural.

This is exactly why you should live at least a few hundred feet away from any other home or sidewalk. If this happens, then it is obvious that the passersby were trespassing.

Then again, they cut through his yard. They were on his private property, and happened to see him whilst he was also on said property. If anything, the mom and her kid should be the ones arrested.

That's utterly ridiculous. That would never happen in Scandinavia.

OK,
1. Why the hell is a lady walking with a seven year old at 5:30 in the morning? A good 65% of VA isn't up by then, and I live a few miles from Springfield!
2. Cutting threw his yard.. The hell...
3. If it is your home, do whatever you want in it as long as their are no dead bodies everywhere.
4. She calls police, because he was naked in his house. IN HIS HOUSE. DRINKING COFFEE! He wasn't high, he wasn't drunk, he wasn't on a murderous rampage. HE WAS MAKING COFFEE.
In summary, this lady was being stupid. This man was at the wrong place at the wrong time. Wait, no he wasn't. He was at his house, at 5:30 in the morning. Drinking coffee. Like 40% percent of people who wake up in the morning.

Parent's fault for trespassing. Still, you might want to think through passing by the window when showing your business.

He was in his own home, so he shouldn't be in trouble for it. If they were looking in his window, then they should be the ones in trouble. That's like if someone came into your bathroom as you were taking a shower and then called the police because you were naked.

I have to admit that I also broke your laws on when I can drink coffee and how I should be dressed.
The problem is nobody told me you were in charge of the world.
Do I apologise in writing or can I shove it up your arse personally.

Soon, people will start suing you if they spot you through your kitchen window holding up a knife. Seriously, this is just ridiculous and kind of saddens me, because I can't think of a way society can keep degrading and sure enough, I'm surprised daily.

Your opinions on this?
WHAT!
Its his damn house, if anything he should press charges for them peeking in his window.
what were they doing out at 5am?
why are the cops still filling charges even though its clear it wasn't intentional?
BULLSHIT!

Heh...this country hasn't been free since...actually this country has never been free. Well, maybe for a little while shortly after its colonization.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure I posted on this topic about three months ago, but regardless, I'll say it again: She cannot press charges because she was on his property looking through his window. That's the equivalent of calling the police to report that someone has stolen your illegal drugs. If anything, she should be brought up on charges for prowling. Even if he was intentionally presenting himself to her (which he obviously wasn't, because he was sleeping at the time), they still wouldn't be able to do anything about it, because he was in his own house. How can it be considered indecent exposure if he wasn't exposing himself, but instead, in the privacy and concealment of his own home? The only reason she has gotten anywhere with this case is because she mentioned that a child was with her at the time (which may not even be true), so now she's getting all of this sympathy (and money from the resulting lawsuit), because her poor little child was traumatized by the incident.
[small]Man, our society is getting deep...I should go put on my boots.[/small]

wow...what has the world come to... a man can't be nude in his own house...next i'm guessing they expect us to wear a swim suit in the shower...anyway...the mother & child were walking through HIS front yard! he could throw it back at them and say they were trespassing... i gotta say if this guy gets convicted, i'll have no faith in man kind, again...

I can even see the next headline: "Mom sues man for taking a shit whilst she stepped over his flowers, ruined his entire garden and "accidentally" looked through the really small bathroom window."

If you can't handle seeing a man naked then don't fucking cut through his back yard then proceed to stare at him naked for 10 straight seconds. Honestly, the man should sue that woman for harassment.
