Wow, that was stupid, the guy shouldn't go to jail, if anything the woman sounds paranoid from her "supposed" description of what she did before she called the police...

The guy was probably just trying to make a point "I can be naked in my house and there's nothin' you can do about it nyanananyaana!!" but if you stand by your window for several naked hours, then yeah, there is stuff we can do to stop that
what everyone's missing here, is that he was actually convicted. That means that they found evidence enough to prove to a judge without a reasonable doubt that this was a crime.
So clearly we're not getting the whole picture.
