Hey, that sounds nearly as believeable as the woman who told her husband she got pregnant from watching 3D porn!

I'm willing to wait for the evidence that proves he's a fraud. I can't think how he went two weeks without FOOD - yes he could have gargled water and drank in the bath - but there was no way he could have snuck food into the environment unless the physicians overlooking the experiment were actually a part of an act.

You may want to consider this for all those who say it's fake.

Calumon: I can't last an hour without any... JACK! I WANNA CAKE!

Maybe he is telling a bit of the truth.....

....but secretly he is half man half plant and has roots coming out of his feet to
get water from the ground.
and he gets his food through photosynthesis through his skin.

is he telling the truth?....Yes!

but the bigger question here is.....what do we call him?

* Plant man
* Garden guy
* Righteous roots
* The gardener
* Captain chlorophyll
* The bush whacker
* Hedge trimmer man
* Garden gnome guy

Help me out here guys!!

I don't know if this guy is genuine or not, but it's possible. I do something similar - I exist on a perpetual diet of snot and vomit which I produce, then consume. It is completely self-sustaining.

Sometimes I put the mixture on toast but that's just for variety; I don't need the toast to exist.

Sometimes I heat the mixture in a a microwave until it's lukewarm and then sprinkle toenail clippings on it (which I also produce myself).

I have tried to whip up scientific interest, but so far with no success.

My book "How to Live on Snot and Vomit" has never been accepted by a publisher.

If it's possible to sustain oneself purely on one's own gastric and nasal effluent (and I'm proof of that) then is it not at least *possible* that this guy is doing something similar?

Could he be consuming his own snot and vomit when no-one is observing? There's plenty of calories and water in both.

No you haven't. I'm sorry, but you haven't. It's biologically impossible.

ha! the ignorance.

Water is the most essential resource to the body as water cannot even be stored efficiently.

4 days was my limit, after the headaches, ear ringing, smelly/ultra dark urine and dry mouth I reminded myself to drink again however I was too late as I developed kidney stones

so from my personal experience and of cause the typical scientific common sense I call your bull.

He's probably lost his mind, or he's trying to see how many people are stupid enough to believe him and is now laughing his ass off at them.

Sadly, poor areas with an uneducated population is fertile ground for charlatans and tricksters. What boggles me is how many comments from the US defending the man's claims that article has gotten.
like this one:
What this ogi is doing has been done by yogi's for millenia. It is an amazing feat in that it is real and it took this particular man an almost inconcievable of discipline to achieve. Our physicists are just beginning to skim the finest surface of understanding of our human potential and while going without food for so long may not seem to serve a purpose - it is one of many ways to make the journey inward that we all must make eventually. We are all connected and when one achieves the level of discipline and inward seeking that this man has - it is for all of us.

This makes me very sad indeed.
Surely they are all trolls!

That's what I was thinking. I mean, anyone with teh computer to make that comment has the resources available to them to not be THAT gullible.

I went 2 days without liquid and food. That was hell on earth by the end of it so i vote bull. I'd like to see how he managed to do it though if it's true. Maybe frozen in carbonite?

I'd be inclined to say bullshit, but then again: every once in a while we get a, in the nicest way possible, freak occurance that allows people to do something totally weird. One person was able to control his internal body temperature, so I wouldn't be surprised if this turned out to have some element of truth to it.

That said, it's still incredibly unlikely.
