First off, I mean no offense when I urge you to write properly. My eyes usually glaze over that sort of text; I get the subconscious feeling that a post not worth typing properly isn't worth posting.
Second, I haven't actually played it yet so I can't offer any evidence of its quality beyond simple observation. That said, I do have enough faith in its quality to justify my preorder.
This may very well be the best roster of any fighting game I've ever seen. Never before have I wanted to use nearly half of the entire cast of a fighting game. I squee-d with fanboy glee at the inclusion of Dante when that was announced. I am a little disappointed at the inclusion of Storm, Magneto, and Sentinel (for obvious reasons), but my sheer joy at the sight of Dante, Trish, Deadpool, and Wesker have outweighed that worry. Now all that remains to be seen is if Galactus doesn't destroy that joy of mine, seeing as he's shaping up to be a Grade S Bullshit Magician.
As for the controls being more similar to Tatsunoko than Marvel 2, I'm actually very pleased with that. Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 was pretty fun, but Tatsunoko is what got me into the series in the first place, and for damn good reason. It was simple to learn but very deep and complex at its core. I played the hell out of it in spite of the fact that I only liked a few of the characters. It was to the Vs. series what Street Fighter III was to the Street Fighter series (for me, anyway). This may very well be my Vs. equivalent of Street Fighter IV.
On the topic of curly mustaches, I just had an idea for DLC. How about downloadable commentary courtesy of Yipes? Instead of getting the game's commentator exclaim what round we're about to fight and how stylish our arial combos are, we get Yipes being himself.
