MWHAHAHAHAHA...sorry, I shouldn't laugh, but...J03bot said:S'alright - I didn't scan anything, just rushed into the last mission earlier today. Somehow everyone survived, and I didn't have to witness the 'consequences'. I tried seeing what would happen if I did try another mission first after I'd completed it (went back a save). All I can say is:
Who's gonna feed my fish now?

Jacob- My dad sucks and just spent ten years on a deserted planet with a drugged Harem.
Miranda- My father is over-controlling and trying to kidnap (or unkidnap?) my sister.
Thane- I'm an absentee father.
Tali- My father conducted unethical experiments which got me accused of treason.
Garrus- My father kept me from being a spectre (ME 1)
Samara- My children are crazy soul sucking monsters.
Grunt- My father didn't give me the right kind of guidance.
Shepard- Possibly an orphan depending on pre-service record.
I mean damn, I just got a feeling the writers at Bioware got daddy issues.
Wrex - betrayed by his father so he killed him.
Garrus - Hated how his father forced him to play by the book.
Ashley - Grandfather first human to surrender to an alien (not her father, but on her father's side)
Liara - Never knew her father, which could have had unknown concequences on her character.
Tali - Father was head of Migrant Fleet leaders, which puts lots of pressure on her.
Kaiden - Don't remember learning about his family at all. So I guess he doesn't count.

That and wherever they began life was HORRIBLY DESTROYED AND TEHY LOST ALL OF THEIR FRIENDS AND FAMILY. Just in time for an adventureCaptainguy42 said:Story:
Like:
Jack, I liked seeing how Cerberus fucked up her head so badly, and going back and blowing her mind.
Mordin, His Loyalty mission gave me a lot more insight into certain, things, and he's just fun to talk to, I listened to him sing Model of a Scientist Solarian, atleast 5 times before I let it go, also akward safe sex talks.
Garrus, always fun to talk to, laughed when I heard " I had reach..." In the second context.
Dislike:
Miranda, I'm a tube baby, wa-wa-wa!
Jacob, I have daddy issues, damn.
Gameplay:
Like:
Thane and Tali complemented my soldier perfectly.
Dislike: Miranda, and Jacob felt pretty useless later on because of their limited firepower.
Incidentally Doesn't it seem like everyone in your team has parent issues (particularly father related)?

Huh? How is that even possible? You run into him as soon as you step off the Normandy on Omega. Can you sneak past him?SomeBritishDude said:Mordin is my favourite character. Why?
My least favourite character is easily Zaeed. There's just nothing redeeming about him. You can't even talk to him so there's no way for him explain why he's an annoying ugly old bastard. I understand why they put him in the DLC rather than the retail game. Didn't even bother to hire him the second time around.
Apart from him there's no one I really dislike. All of them feel like real people and all of them have their own distinct personalities.

Miranda, she can handle any situation and I lik her... um... anyway
Hate:
Jacob: the most boring character since Kaidan Alenko
Jack: Well she's just an aggressive ***** and I don't like her attitude.
Thank God you could unlock a shirt for her.
If you don't talk to him where he is in Omega you never have to hire him. He seems to have been interrogating that guy for several months now.Melon Hunter said:Huh? How is that even possible? I was wondering about this the other day. Out of all the teams mates you've had in Mass Effect Liara is the only one that can't die. That means that if they want to bring back ANYONE appart from her in the final game they'll have to go though hundreds of lines of dialogue that may never be heard on top of all the lines for new characters. Kaiden, Wrex and Ashley returned in Mass Effect 2 but only as minor characters with very little dialogue.mushroomyakuza said:Overall, it comes down to who I want back in ME3. I doubt Tali will return as playable, and the same goes for Garrus - I'd be surprised if some characters other than Shepard featured in all 3 games.
For what seems like the millionth time *sighs dramatically* Kaiden isn't boring, the dude committed biotic death on his asshole teacher when he was a teenager. Most of the dislike aimed at Kaiden (purely my own observation) is from male gamers. I think he is a character there is still much to learn about, like how he stayed faithful to a dead woman for two years, kudos to him! Just saying......MiracleOfSound said:Favorite:
