Bane of my existence, almost made me eject the disc and snap it in half when I was forced to reload and lose a good two hours of gameplay.

It's even worse when they're behind cover in a prolonged fight and you can't kill them until it's over. Hard to snipe with AUGHHGHHHHAHGHHHH blasting out of your tv.

The paragon choices depend on your paragon level. If it doesn't pass the check then you cannot do it. It's a stupid system it itself but it's no bug.
I was in the last bar for paragon. There's no way I didn't have enough points.

Oh yeah I got that fucking glitch too, I spent a good 30 minutes trying to toss it out of the map hoping that would kill it.
You can imagine how pissed off I was when I found out it didn't die.
Oh yeah, that happened to me once. Luckily, I was on the area of Freedom's Progress with a pit (it was one of those dog mechs)and I was an Adept, so I was able to lift and push as needed to get the thing out of the way.

Allow me to explain. I was doing Jacob's loyalty mission, and everything was fine until I killed a LOKI mech. It died, but it's corpse still counted as an unkillable enemy. So my teammates kept pumping a corpse full of bullets, meaning the battle never ended. Eventually the corpse fell out of the map, but this only made things worse as Garrus decided to follow it. So he vanished while Jacob decided to continue wildly shooting at the ground. I pressed onwards, confident in my abilities to beat the mission on my own. And I was doing fine until the YMIR mech appeared. I had to retreat. But then Garrus decided to come back, only he had apparently turned into a zombie. He just stood still in front of the YMIR mech. He didn't shoot it, but it kept shooting him. And he was invincible. So while the YMIR mech constantly fired rockets at his face, I was able to kill it with ease.

But then when I got to the end of the level the game was still glitched and thought I was in combat, meaning I had to do the whole thing over. FFFFFFFFFF

On Tali's loyalty mission, the actor for her father never loaded into the level. So what is normally a very emotional scene was completley ruined by her father being a disembodied voice.

Ocassionally during combat the camera would be looking the wrong way and wouldnt fix itself until i used a power.

Well, it's odd, this only happens when I make a male Shepard from scratch.

My girl got through both parts with no issues.

I noticed this, but nothing really game breaking. Nothing but solid 60 FPS with full Anitaliasing

While Playing as a Vanguard I charged a geth, who then stretched all the way to the other end of the room and then exploded. It was the coolest glitch I'd ever seen.

A friend was playing on the 360.

He did a combination of grenades and biotic attacks that pressed an enemy geth through the environment. This left them ON the radar, but not killable (he tried biotic attacks and grenades in immediate proximity to them, and tried shooting the exposed sliver of their body).

In any case, he left the area and returned later (after a few cut scenes and the like.) He returned to the little hovel the geth had been trapped within. The poor creature had been spawned out of the wall, and immediately died of fright upon his return.

(My friend declared, in a joyous voice, "I win!")
