Mass Effect 2: How many Playthroughs/Hours?

I'm nearing the end of my second playthrough and have clocked about 40 hours so far (i like scanning planets a lot)

I'm about 22 hours in of my first playthrough. I've had the game since release... College has completely ruined gaming for me

Given that you're in college, 22 hours in just under two weeks isn't bad at all.

Two complete playthroughs - one totaling 25 hours, the second a mere 15 hours with a similar outcome (regarding % completion items attained, level and surviors). Most of the time difference could likely be explained by the apparent reduced price of all research in the game, restricting mineral gathering to rich planets only and a better understanding of total material required to complete all important research. In my first play though I had nearly .5 million units of minerals in excess of what was required - the result of several hours of mining.

I'm on my 4th playthrough, trying to keep my damn team alive. I've clocked at least 90 hours on that game, it's sucked up my life.

37 hours, having scoured the galaxy for every last sidequest. I also spent roughly 2 hours grinding minerals while I watched Iron Man so that I would never have to do so again.

(Scan for minerals, I mean. Not watch Iron Man.)

Currently about 13 hours into a second playthrough.

How the hell did you finish the game TWICE in 27 hours? It took me 24 hours flat to beat it once, and even then I missed roughly 1/3 of the content. That said, I'm midway through my second playthrough so I've clocked roughly 35 hours total.

He's not human. I'm on my second play through, first one took me about thirty-nine hours.

Do posts like these make you guys feel cool or something? This thread is obviously for people who like ME2 and have played it a fair amount. If it isn't your cup of tea then stay out of the thread and post interesting discussion about stuff you do like. Stuff like this is just a lame attempt at trolling or trying to rile people up.

As for me, I think I've accumulated about 35 hours on two games. I'm playing on Insanity right now as a Soldier, and it's easier than I thought. Adrenaline Burst and Fortification helps you jump the gap to the game's difficulty level.

A friend of mine spent 14 hours yesterday playing through the game for the first time in one sitting... I was shocked... until I found out he played the whole game on Casual...

It was hard.
