from what we can see they have a relatively large nose, eyes are faintly glowing, and their skin may be purple, or the purple may come from lighting in the suit.
I'd say the skin is pale, the purple-ish skin you see from tali is just the visor, while other quarians might have a visor with a slightly different shade of blue (like my samus avatar, just because her visor is green dooesn't mean she is)OR that is their skin colour, the visor could be a translucent grey while you get to see the Quarian's skin colour underneath(we DO have green asari)

Maybe it's somethig like this.

that wouldn't be to bad, though if they made the eyes glowing like how quarians have, it would look more plausible.

I like Tali in Mass Effect 2, but not seeing her face really bugged me. I'm pretty sure her face and the look of the Quarian race will be shown in Mass Effect 3. I've seen and read about what people think Tali looks like and this is the best one I found.

Do you guys think this is pretty accurate? possible? or have you seen a better one?
NO. Eww. I hope they never show any Quarians face; I like the air of mystery.

Besides her fingers...I think that's a pretty good guess. I for one really do hope she looks like that.

Not this again... go on DeviantArt and search for it if you really must. There's enough possibilities there to keep you entertained and away from making these threads forever.

Lets be honest the only reason they don't have a face is that in the first game bioware got lazy and in the second they like screwing with us

As of my first play through she was looking like a frozen, laser burned corpse in a lined metal casket in the cargo bay of the Normandy. Jack and Jacob I could have cared less about but why did she have to die as well?

I didn't pay too much attention to the other Quarians in the game, did they have phosphorescent eyes as well?

Still a bit of a kicker when there doesn't seem to be any real reason why a suitless quarian has never been photographed... or why their fucking visors aren't just transparent.
There is a very valid reason which explains why you never see a quarian out of his/her suit and why they have never been photographed "au natural", and that stems mainly from the lore. I believe Tali even explains it herself if you talk to her and ask her about the Migrant Fleet. A quarian's immune system is fragile enough that they have to wear the environmental suits constantly when "abroad", and the filtering systems on the Migrant Fleet (composed mainly if not exclusively of decrepit old ships) often fail. A smart quarian learns from a very young age to wear the suit at all times, even on the Migrant Fleet. However, should a quarian wish to remove his/her suit, he/she must take a vast array of immuno-boosters in order to do so safely, and even then, there are inherent risks. Most often than not, the risk isn't worth it.
Additionally, you might recall that strangers are rarely allowed on board the Migrant Fleet, one of the few places a quarian would feel safe enough to remove the environmental suit.
Bottom line, the only instance in which a quarian removes a suit is during intercourse, giving birth or upon death, one would surmise (and I even have doubts about death, since the suit ultimately becomes part of the quarian and his/her identity, customized extensively as a way of expressing oneself). Removing your suit is the highest manifestation of trust and affection for a quarian.
As for the "fucking visors" (I know you're frustrated, but dude, chill! XD ) which are mostly opaque, my guess is as good as anyone else's. Privacy? UV protection? Hypersensitive corneas? Or maybe BioWare just didn't want you too see what a quarian looks like and wanted them to be mysterious. I, however, have a nagging feeling that they themselves don't know what quarians look like.
