There are currently no hostiles. Basically to simplify, Basara and Esten made it out of there and escaped. Currently, we're sitting in a hotel room with no one around. Blood Pack lost the two so unless we draw attention to ourselves, we have a good chance of escaping without detection.
Also, yes, we do have Comms between people. You can talk to anyone over them.
Oh, and sorry I wasn't on yesterday, but it's a Friday, and most of us don't come on then, right? Or at least not as frequently.
"Alright, let's move. I don't know how secure this area is, but our headquarters would be a much more suitable location."
Verahl opened the door to the room as everyone walked out into the halls. They reached the lobby, and the girl sitting there gave a bit of a jolt when she finally noticed all the heavily armed mercs moving through the hotel.
They reached the streets and started snaking through back alleys around the buildings of this level, slowly pushing towards the transport. It paid to be careful right now, because they all knew if they were detected, they might be tracked back.
Even though they were off the main street, the back alleys were quite loud. Overhead, the sound of low flying cars and trucks passing regularly broke the tension. The houses they passed weren't quiet either. Every so often they'd hear yelling eminating from one, or a loud telivision blaring in the other. The sound masked their movements though, but it also would have masked anyone following them.
After minutes of slowly crafting their escape through the alleys, they came back onto the street again. They saw the parking lot across from them, with a few of the company standing guard outside it.
"There it is, the dark grey light cargo transport."
"Confirmed," Esten said and nodded.
"Alright, time to bang out."
The company came out of the alley and quickly crossed the street. The street was quite crowded though, as people left their homes to go to work. The company was soon pushed further and further apart from one another as the crowd cut through them. People bounced off them, and said loudly and rudely, "What do you think you're doing?", or things to that effect. Lux was first to the other side. Despite the self centred people that made up the crowd, no person was stupid enough to get directly in the way of a Krogan. Sal and Raven soon made it through to the otherside, followed by Basara and Esten.
The company looked back, anxious now at Verahl's disapperance. Suddenly, a few yells and screams were heard, as Verahl literally pushed his way through the crowd, knocking a nearby human onto the ground. He was now wearing a brown, hot drink on the outside of his armour, and had a scowl on his face.
"I hate the people on this station."
