Sals fingers danced along the keyboard of the computer terminal. She opened her comm link to Verahl. "Okay boss, The systems ready, just need the equipment up and running in the field and we'll be able to see everything."
Yup I got power back and am now moving this along a little. Ted if there's anything wrong just let me know.
Raven lay back, his eyes closed as he took in the thrum of the transports motion. A lot had happened in the last twenty four hours and things finally seemed to be looking up. As the sound faded, his eyes snapped open as he moved off the transport.
"Sal, this is Raven we have reached the facility and are ready to set up the observation equipment."
Basara finished checking his equipment as he walked over to Sal. He placed his right hand on her shoulder as he peered at the screen. "Yo, Verahl, I can see why you hired Sal. She's one of the best I've seen in a damn long time, and I've been around quite a bit." He grinned at Sal, then got up and started pacing.
You haven't, I'm fine with people taking a bit of personal liberty in the story if they want to help advance it. So long as it isn't a major skip, I'm fine with it. So without further waiting, let's continue.
With Axle's little jump, we'll go right to the arrival of the teams at their locations.
Lux stepped of the Gauntlet behind Raven, with Basara and Esten soon following. Verahl stood in the exit, and the team turned to him.
"Now remember, Lux is in charge. Follow his lead. He knows the location and he has the experience."
Esten nodded, and Lux gave a small grin to Verahl.
"Don't worry, I won't break any of them."
Verahl smiled, and nodded to them and stepped back. The doors closed in front of him and the transport hummed as it took off. The team watched as the transport started to fade into the traffic of Omega, and were soon left alone.
Lux:
Lux turned back to the team, and looked over them a minute. He stood akwardly, trying to adjust to a role of leadership and command. He hadn't been in a position like this since his time with Blood Pack, and then he had just been commanding Vorcha. They were expendable, their lives had not mattered. No one would care if they fell in battle. Now though he had true responsibility for their safety. Now he had to ensure this went off perfectly.
"Alright," he said, he spoke it slowly, still trying to find his place. "Let's move, Esten, take the rooftop, Basara and Raven, you come with me down the street. The stronghold is one of the factories at the end of the street. We'll have to determine which it is and set up our equipment. Let's go."
Esten climbed onto the rooftop of the warehouse beside them, and moved along them silently. He followed as far as he could, staying nearby the rest as they moved down the street, before the row of warehouses ended. Across from him were more factories, but with fences blocking the way. He decided that this was far enough, and set his sniper down. He then took out a camera that Verahl had given him, and placed it beside the sniper, waiting for Lux to indicate which building he should set it to observe.
Lux continued down the street, with Raven and Basara at his sides. He looked from side to side, browsing over each factory they passed, trying to determine which could potentially be the stronghold. He was looking for anything that might indicate which one it was, any clue that would make it stand out from the rest.
Verahl:
The transport's engine hummed as it took off, and he turned to see Santius, Ocara, and Moloa looking back at him. He silently returned to his seat as they waited for the Gauntlet to land again.
After a few minutes of flying the transport set down in another parking lot. The doors of the transport's bay opened, and they got off. They had moved away from the factories, and into a housing district. It was another one of the slums of Omega. Dark brown and depressing apartment buildings lined both sides of the street. None were tall, only rising a few floors from the ground. Some had been boarded up, and abandoned. These ones looked more homely and welcoming then the ones that were being occupied by residents and tenants.
One building stood out from the others though. The exterior didn't look as weathered, and fewer lights were on inside then the other occupied ones. Inside the lobby, a couple Vorcha could be seen, both of them armed, and looking like they were standing a lax watch. Verahl glanced over it, and turned to the rest of the team.
"That's the one," he looked at down the street, before turning back. "There, the abandoned one across from it. We'll move down the back alley, and infiltrate it, and set up inside. Move out."
The team turned and walked down the alley way. Verahl counted the number they passed, before coming to the abandoned one across from the Pack. He turned, and pushed the old and rusty gate away from him, and it slid open with a creek. They walked into the yard, and saw a boarded up door blocking the enterance to the apartment building.
"I'll show you what we'll do," Moloa said as she gave Ocara a smirk.
She walked up towards the door, and took a deep breath as she closed her eyes. Suddenly, she lifted her hand, and let out a large Biotic Push aimed directly at the door. The boards holding it up shattered, and the door was sent flying back. She let out a small laugh as dust started to kick up around her feet.
"Ah, breaking and entering. So many child hood memories," she said this with a twinkle in her eye and a large smile now on her face. "C'mon, what are you waiting for?"
She activated her flashlight on her Omni-Tool and walked into the dark room of the apartment building.
"Simple enough" Ocara said as he stepped inside turning on the night vision funtion in his eye. "It looks as charming inside as it does outside. Tis truly a blessed life we lead"
Basara rolled his neck. "So... which one is it? Any idea? Thermal, movement sensor, something to help us out? If not, then how do we tell which place we hit?"
Verahl turned his flashlight on and went into the apartment.
"Moloa, you go with Ocara, Santius with me. We'll take the right side of the building, you the left. Set up one camera at the far end so we can see the alleyway of the target, and another for the front. Report in when you're done."
Verahl and Santius walked through one of the halls to their side, leaving Moloa and Ocara behind.
"Well you heard the man, time to earn our credits" Ocara said as he began to walk down one of the dimly lit halls. The NV function illuminated everything infront of him and he easily found his way to the stairs.

Raven turn back to Lux and Basara, "Detective work? This''l be your chance to show us your brain can work past smash and eat things Lux," he said the smirk never leaving his face. He walked past them to lean against the wall, "the building we are looking for will most likely have some security presence and will be somewhat imposing to people on the street. See any likely candidates Esten?"
Ocara came to the top of the stairs and studied the small room he was now in. There where many cracks in the wall of varying sizes, he picked one of the largest ones and wedged a through it so it was facing outwards through the wall into the small alleyway outside. "Sal i've got the first cam up and running. It comming through ok?" Ocara said into his com link.
"Slow down Santius, there's no rush. We're going to have to wait a while even after the equipment's set up to monitor and observe their actions. Now, up the stairs, we'll see how far up we have to go to get a good view of the alley."
The two climbed the stairs, and continued onwards until they reached the fourth floor. From there, they found a good view at the stronghold's alleyway. They made sure the angle was correct, before Verahl activate his comm.
"Sal, Verahl here," he said slowly, taking a moment to read the back of the camera, where a sticker had been placed with the number five written on it. "Camera five is set up and in position. You picking it up?"
Sal smiled as the cameras picked up. "Ocara, Boss, Signals coming through. Have perfect view." Sal studied the scenes of the alleyways. "Nothin in the alley's yet, clear to move on to the next cameras."
Ocara and Moloa moved through into the next room and began searching for a location for the next camera. "Dammit I cant find anywhere for the cam" Ocara said "You find anything Moloa?". Moloa grinned "Boss are we worried about noise on this op?" she said into her comm as she eyed a weak looking piece of wall.
"No Santius I don't. I find that you're whining is actually getting to be rather annoying," he didn't even look at Santius while he said this. He really was starting to get fed up with the boy. They had been thrown into a situation where none of the options were good, and none provided a guarenteed chance at survival. "So I advise you to keep your opinion to yourself until we get out of this shitstorm."
He activated his comm again and reported back to Sal. "Understood, moving to next location."
He got up and turned around, to face Santius. "Let's move."
Ocara and Moloa moved through into the next room and began searching for a location for the next camera. "Dammit I cant find anywhere for the cam" Ocara said "You find anything Moloa?". Moloa grinned "Boss are we worried about noise on this op?" she said Moloa as she eyed a weak looking piece of wall.
