Alright, again I have to call this back as complete god modding.
First, your weapons wouldn't be lieing right in front of you. The guards are in current possession of them. They won't just leave them sitting right beside you waiting. They'd be either locked up, kept far from reach, or be being kept by a few of the guards. These aren't guards from MGS or something like that, these are real people you're dealing with, they aren't stupid or blind.
Second, there are 7 guards in the room, plus Aria. With the limited space of the room, making any movement like that is by far extreme, let alone claiming to do it silently. Did you watch the video? The room is literally two tables, with a set of stairs at the front, leading up to Aria where some couches lie. The enterances are almost in the middle of the room. The room is closer to a long an narrow setting. Even if people were mostly looking at the door, the movement you are taking would definetly be still be able to been seen if at least in their peripheral vision.
Third, I'm going to have that arm cut off your character if you abuse it. I said before not to, but this is extreme. We agreed earlier on it being closer to gauntlet or a bracer attached to you that basically served as a massive blade. Now you're going a full mechanical arm with a massive amount of strength. But you're also claiming something that would be massively mechanical like that and with enough strength to puncture a wall would also generate no noise? Look, I'd be willing to allow you to take certain actions with it if you clearly defined the thing to me, and didn't make it intensely overpowered.
You're character is not starring in his own personal action movie here. This game isn't surrounding him. Again, think about the situation you are in, and realize that this sort of action is completely insane! If an action would only work in Die Hard, the Matrix, or Rambo, then it won't work here. Think of this stuff as closer to Saving Private Ryan or something like that. Yes, the main characters may be a bit better off then others, and may be able to do certain things more skillfully, but they aren't super heroes.
I'm putting this as an official warning now. This sort of thing HAS to be fixed or else action will be taken. I'm sorry if I'm sounding like a complete hard ass, but the line is now being drawn where I, as the GM, am going to put my foot down.
Edit: Also, if it interferes with another character directly, don't do it all in one action. Whether it be an NPC or a PC, don't take control of them and make them do something/have something done for them certainly without the controller's permission.
