Probally swollen lymph nodes within you throat, my guess is that the contracting of the throat mussles as you swallow cause the pain. seek a doctor, he will probally give you a dose of antibiotics or other pills.

Also, it sounds like strep, which is easily fixed with antibiotics that your DOCTOR can prescribe.
