Well, I'm already 6'2" so if I get much taller I won't be able to comfortably fit in my car. My muscles can be improved through exercise so adding inches there would be a waste of magic. Therefore, I would add all 3 inches to my dick. Hopefully when my dick is increased it would maintain its current girth to length ratio since girth is the more important characteristic of a dick.
