I cannot even contain how excited I am for this port, if Red Dead Redemption was to be released on PC as well i would be set. I almost squealed like a pig when I saw this. I've been aching to play some MGS 3 for a while, but have been unable to play as my PS2 doesn't work.

So hyped about this.

Was going to get the PS3 version anyway since I can't afford either a PS4 or a decent PC, but now that I know MGSV is getting a PC release it looks like I can ignore getting a PS4 altogether!

Why didn't they announce it to start with? There is no deal or whatever, no gain, no loss, so why not just mention it'll be on PC. It peeves me that so many companies will wait ages before going "oh and its on the PC too".
Anyway it was inevitable, its a big third party studio so there simply is no reason for them to bring it over.

I'll be getting it on the PS4 as I just so happened to buy ground zeros earlier as it was 50 something percent off.

That supposed to be the console killer the steam box? What kind of PC has a cardboard casing? And it seems to heat up something fierce too.

Considering I had to wait nearly four years to play MGS4 after it first came out (didn't have a PS3) this has me literally jumping for joy.


Now I only have to spend $200 before I can play play MGSV (saving up for a good GPU).

Now I'm kinda wishing I had used my money spent buying my PS4 upgrading my PC. Bloodborne and Tearaway are the only non-Wii U console exclusives I care about now. Oh, and what a great reveal, Kojima really knows how to get people hyped.

Looks like the sales for Revengence were enough to convince them its worth porting to PC. I dont think Ill be getting it because Im kind of over the MGS franchise but Im happy to see a big developer realizing we'll give them money if they port their games to PC
