When you write your next review, you might want to think about the following:
Story - On the simplest level, is the story good or bad?
Characters - Are the characters believable? (Note, that's not the same thing as realistic) What's the voice acting like? Are the characters likeable or are the irritating?
Graphics - How does the game look? Is it all procedurally generated foliage and dynamic lighting, or does the game have a retro, cell-shaded look? Are they as smooth as an infant's rump or are they cursed with the jaggies?
Sound - What's the soundtrack like? Does the game use sound to good effect?
Controls - What are the controls like? are they intuitive or are they an exercise in frustration?
Gameplay - What is the game like to play? Is it fun?
This isn't an exhaustive list, but hopefully it's some food for thought.
