Daily, thousands of puppies get either murdered, mutilated or completely abandoned, you don't see people paying attention to that because they can't see it happen. Instead of rewarding 50.000 to find one little fudgenut that throws puppies into a river, they should try spending that 50.000 on a funds for animal cops or something, to catch fudgenuts that mutilate, cut open or do other more horrid stuff to creatures. Seriously, throwing them in a river is milder than say, jamming a knife in them for 20 minutes straight.
The real reason he is offering this reward is the fact that he felt it needed explosions when the puppies hit the water. Way to go girl you disappointed Micheal Bay.
