You mean the desert wandering part? I'd suppose it was a metaphor for Squall's loneliness and inability to connect with anyone. Not really that deep, unless you interpret that Rinoa is able to reach him only after his loneliness finally breaks him.Gunblade7303 said:It still mind fucks me to this day, and Final Fantasy 8, i love the game, but if you think about the ending too much, it hurts your brainMr.Governor said:3 words man:End of Evangelion
Who didn't get depressed by that. I just found the end of the series to make less sense XDhenritje said:the series is ok the only thing is that every personalty is exagerated (although I got depressed by the series)chozo_hybrid said:I dunno, the end of the series itself was far worse.Mr.Governor said:3 words man:End of Evangelion
He almost caught me with that one. I scrolled down when I got bored of looking, and right when it reached the last inch of image left, the screamer popped up.Insanum said:You got me with this before, I wasnt falling for it twice.Akai Shizuku said:http://img3.ak.crunchyroll.com/i/spire1/f239b962a8cc130cf57f49558d0fbad81246630962_full.gif

i heard of that, it's one of the main things that got me scared of animeMr.Governor said:3 words man:End of Evangelion
Funny Games pisses me off every time I watch it.Crimsonsniper said:Funny Games, of course it was basically a "fuck you" directed towards the audience one final time.

I take it you mean season 4? Yeah didn't see that coming eithermanaman said:Saw it coming a mile away. They hinted at it the entire movie, and not in a subtle you watch it a second time knowing the ending and you see it way. They practically stabbed you in the eyes with the idea until your brains leaked out your ears.Kortney said:The entire Vanilla Sky mind fucked me so hard.
I didn't like the end of this season of Dexter. I couldn't believe they would do that.
Mister Eff said:Primer on the whole made no sense to me (not being scientifically gifted in any way at all) and I can not understand that movie one bit, even with the wikipedia article. Not a clue.
I'll admit the first time I watched it it didn't make sense, but once it clicked for me it's a really cool story. In fact, you don't really have to be that scientifically gifted to watch it, I think it's just the sheer amount of jargon going on in some scenes makes people's brains shut off because they think they can't know what's going on. But ANYWAYS, I could PM a layman's plot synopsis if you plan on ever watching it again, because it certainly would help to know where the movie is going.Omikron009 said:That movie was the biggest waste of an hour and a half ever. The fact that my friends liked it and yelled at me for saying I disliked it made it even worse. I understood nothing, followed none of it, and hated all of it. It was the first time in my life that I felt truly stupid, and I will never forgive primer for doing that.
I wrote a short story quite a while ago that was somewhat smiler. That freaked me out, I thought that was a hell of a coincidence...Spectrum_Prez said:Oh wow, I remember watching that quite a while ago. I don't know about that one, it was a good movie all around and quite trippy, but I'm not quite sure it ascended into mindfuck territory.Jark212 said:The Jacket...
Adrien Brody dies in the jacket and is reset with Keira Knightley who now is a successful (and sexy) person that works at a hospital
I love that movie...
And that shit aboutVanguard_Ex said:Are you talking about that extended codec sequence just before the final boss battle, or the phone conversation your hear between Otacon and Snake at the very end? Both were awesome, but there was significant amounts of mind-fuckery in both.
