For me, the ending to Eternal Sonata.
Er... okay, a character commits suicide... the main cast proceeds to not just break but completely annihilate the fourth wall... what you call the flowers apparently DOES matter... everything becomes happy... ghosts can play the piano... and then, the caterpillar and the snail. What the crap was up with the caterpillar and the snail.

There was some cool stuff in there, but it's so buried by WTF that it loses its impact. Apparently, the PS3 ending was changed to make more sense, but I doubt it can lessen my confusion.

Mulholland Drive was pretty messed up - then again, it is a David Lynch film. I also found Assassin's Creed 2's ending to be incredibly confusing and vague.
Assassin's Creed 2's ending wasn't vague, at least to me it wasn't...

To me it just seemed like it was actually all about 2012 bullshit and that The Knights Templar were too ignorant to see the actual truth. You know?

p.s.

Mulholland Drive was indeed a fucking huge ass mindfuck, I mean...

What the HELL was with those tiny mother fuckers dancing in the fucking trash can man?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?1?!?!?!

Mulholland Drive's ending wasn't as much of a mindfuck as I thought it was. Same with Lost Highway. - Dave Lynch just did the same trick of making a film out of a segmented dream.

Twin Peaks, on the other hand was intended to be a complete mindfuck, because there was no conceived ending. Dave Lynch just wanted to see how far he could push things.

Other Mindfuck films....
Cube - Predictable ending, but a good mindfuck story
Donny Darko - Brilliant!
Audition (or Odishun) - 60 minutes of mushy sweetness, then some of the most horrific and disturbing mindfuckery I've ever seen.

The end of pokemon. You just do some stuff after defeating the elite four then its like "yeah, there is nothing new to do anymore. Go catch some shit for no reason." But it doesnt even tell you that.

In Bruges.

It's a film starring Colin Farrel.

Anyone else who watched it knows exactly what I'm talking about.
Midget karate is a complete mindfuck.

Drakengard "Watchers" Ending...although that ones more along the lines of 'high octane nightmare fuel'.

F.E.A.R. 2's ending, I don't think I need to explain why.
What's there not to get? You make a ghost girl somehow instantly pregnant while inside a computer simulation while a nuke goes off. Simple.
Computer Simulation?
o_O
I think you mean the telestetic amplifier but anyways

I think the moaning coming from Alma made my mind go insane..

Plus, That fact that the guy seems to enjoy the sex is creepy...

P.s ColdStorage Seriously? Spoiler tags? Your telling endings i think people would look at this anyways -_-

Metal Gear Solid 2. /thread?

Seriously though. That game has the biggest mindfuck of all times in an ending, which is exactly what the creators intended obviously. Whatever or not it is a good ending is a whole other story.
Are you talking about that extended codec sequence just before the final boss battle, or the phone conversation your hear between Otacon and Snake at the very end? Both were awesome, but there was significant amounts of mind-fuckery in both.
And that shit about
the patriots all being dead
Or was that MGS3?
