it would be cool if when daylight touches them they just fade, cheshire cat style with the eyes being the last to disappear.

the creepers are going to be soo jealous.

"sss- hey! what u looking at?"
"go away creeper, i'm trying not to look away from that nine foot monstrosity over there"
"...oh. i guess i'll go blow up your house then and steal all your diamond"
"have fun"
*creeper tears*

Nah man, I know its supposed to be blocky and all. Thats no reason why the models should look like shit aswell though. Maybe it's just me who find it... well.. stupid to find green dildos jumping about everywhere.
I for the life of me can't see why people find it 'scary'? The zombies and skeletons look like they're made out of empty toilet paper rolls or something, it just looks awful
Well, it's not the appearances that make those mobs scary. Creepers look pretty silly and cute in a way, and nobody would be scared of them, if they didn't explode and take everything out around them. And the fact that they don't make a noise until it's basically too late, they're nerve wracking if anything. You can be innocently mining underground digging some stuff up and building when suddenlySSSSSSSSBOOOM.

I think zombies look hilarious, the way their arms are just frozen in front of them in a stereotypical fashion. The noises they make though? Unsettling. A sudden zombie groan when exploring a cave always makes me nervous. Skeletons are somewhat like this but different because they are quieter, and can attack you from a distance and from any direction.

To make what I believe to be an apt comparison, what's scarier?

Personally, I think the 2nd is much scarier. It reminds me of one of their dev commentaries when they talked about player reactions during playtesting. Once someone was aware there was a poison headcrab around, they tore the place apart looking for it before it found them. It's pretty much the same as that, at least that's what I think.

So....My first reactions-

-...
-:0
-Well crap....

My current reactions-

-Endermen hp and attack damage will be the tie breakers...If you can kill it easily or if it does not do much damage it will lose most of its creepynes sooner or later...My theory-A scary thing is not as scary if you can kill it...If creepers would be invincible and the only thing you can do is run.....Yeah......That would be creepy...

-It will(probably)just be scary when you se it closer for a mather of time....difrently then creepers-When you see it close atleast a jump scare is inevitable.Becouse you know what is going to happen-a big boom...When you see this guy you will be safe if there are no other monsters around...If you can kill it just by getting your sword and while not breaking eye contact stabing it to death your in the clear...

-It will (hopefuly) not destroy buildings....My idea is that it can't move the blocks that were placed manually. That or Notch is just a dick...

-Even if he can teleport in to you home you can easily kill it.Whatch above...

-Man my spelling is bad.
