Fluttershy is great and all, but Applejack had 1 episode about her, 2 episodes about her in a argument with another one of the main cast and 1 episode where the plot should be about her, but she then takes a back seat to the Buffalos.

I demand more Applejack.

I didn't even notice that. I guess I'm just a sucker for anything Fluttershy, so it felt like there wasnt enough of her.

Oh don't worry, Fluttershy was the original best pony, I am just using my fancy mathematics to justify more Applejack episodes.

In fairness alomost all of the pony threads have been a variation off 'Why is it so popular' as opposed to one like this.

I have yet to see ponies talked about on other threads that don't call for it, and you can't complain if we talk about MLP in Favorite TV shows, Meme based threads, and of course pony threads. So that just leaves the Avatars.

Right now you are actively raging at something that takes up 7.5 percent of the threads on the off topic escapist forum, and a 1x1 square inch that are used as avatars on occasion.

I like MLP, do you see me constantly talking about it on every single occasion possible?

It's always the same damn thing, something happens on 4chan and it gets whored to death on there, then the rest of the internet picks it up and spams it into oblivion until everyone that doesn't participate in the spam, hates it with a fury unlike the fires of hell. It's just a damn shame that it has to happen to MLP too, as a lot of people seem to think of it as some kind of a annoying meme.

And it's not just the Escapist, it's all of the internet. When a subject gets this popular and takes up a large portion of the total amount of threads, it's time to make a separate forum and discuss it on there.

Ok then you find me some links to all the pony threads on the Escapist that are made by Bronies discussing the show, and links to all the threads that want to know why its popular/ made by haters.

But there is no reason for that hate, Most pony threads are *what the heck is this pony thing* and I am sure even you notice that. So its not even Bronies spaming ponies, its other people who notices it as a trend creating threads out of curiosity.

And even if it is a fad, you have to understand no internet fad has become this big, and you have to commend the fact that we aren't just spamming pony to piss people like you off, there is a general interest in the show, warranted or not.

Someone might post a reaction image that is from MLP, why should this be treated any different then people who use Pokemon, Rage Face *or other memes like it* or 60s Spider Man. Its meant to be humorous. Not spam, not trolling, just fun.

I don't think anyone denies that 4-5 years from now there might now be such a large following. I just have yet to hear a good reason why to not enjoy it while it lasts.

With season one having ended a while ago and season two still a far off speck on the horizon, I sit here twiddling my thumbs, trying to fill the pony shaped hole in my heart. However, while it may be too early to start getting hyped, it's never too early to start speculating.

So what, fellow pony fans (I can't bring myself to use the term "bronies,") are your hopes for season two? Any characters you want more of or plot developments you'd like to see? And so on and so forth.

Wow...your awesome, i was just raging last night because once again another "Why Pony?" thread popped up. As much as I love the show, those threads just turns into a cluster of tantrums so kudos, you have made a fan.

Mostly, I just want the 2nd season to hurry, watching it again helps sort of but it isn't new content and new jokes. I'm kinda worried about Luna, not because Hasbro will do a bad job but rather the fans will get torn as she isn't played like she is in their head.

I defiantly want to see at least one of the crusaders get their cutie-mark.

I also want to see more of a relationship build up between Scootaloo and Rainbow Dash, they are going in a good direction with them
