actually i can't disagree or anything on that, because me and my friends/the really good people i know, we only play demolition or straight up deathmatch, so i dont know the other types aspects of the game

search and destroy does sound more helpful for sure with teamwork, so touche to that

team work =/= call of duty 99.99999% of the time

i have yet to see a succesful "team" in that game, that game is built around one man triumps, which nothing wrong with that, its fun, just saying those games are not built on teamwork
It's true that solo work is heavily rewarded in the game (thank you stupid killstreaks) but in games such as demolition, sabotage, domination (sometimes) and even in search and destroy a team that works well together and knows each others style of play will trump a bunch of lone wolves.

.
Except for that one lone wolf who camps in a corner and gets a nuke...

Agamer1 is winning
He's a friend of mine who has a K/D ratio of 5!
Seriously not everyone looses, it's just that not everyone cares.
I'm talking about W:L, not K:D...
But I'm assuming his W:L is positive...
yeah but talking about Win Lose ratio versus Kill Death ratio on MW2 is like talking about dairheea versus solid poo ratio, at the end of the day, your still taking a shit.

Sorry, I take that back, I play KillZone and every now and again I get this feeling that I must check out my stats, I don't care for stats but sometimes all of a sudden like some dodgy bowel movements, I must see what I've done.

Nah, your team can call out his position and you can work together to kill him or just plain avoid his area so he can't get his nuke.

it's a casual shooter so its normal that the ratios of wins to losses are so bad for everyone as it is not a normal competitive shooter, but instead a casual shooter that anyone can play and thus too skill does not play much of a roll on one's score in the game.

While on normal shooters like Bad Company 2 and such skill plays a massive role on your score and this is not due to being a better killer but a better player from being more skilled on it :)

Thing is, if you leave a game, in between, or if IW-Net decides to stop liking you for a minute, and you therefore get left, both count as a lost game, so does being ranked anything but first in ffa matches;

I'd say, around a good third of my accounted losses, is due to a) leaving for one reason or the other b) loosing connection to the host. still better this way though, would a leave not count as a loss, everybody would leave when loosing, just to keep the ratio up.
