Everyone who boycotts the game by pirating it is a hypocrite. Plain and simple. Funny as one of the reasons why IW did what they did was to work against piracy. And here you are giving them a very damn good reason why they removed Dedicated servers.

I agree, DO NOT BUY THIS TILL IW FIXES THIS THEMSELVES, its pointless to buy the game till the Servers are official because IW will just count you among the people who liked the "new" matchmaking system.Woodsey said:

Flawed system or not pirating the game just gives IW the excuse they need to say "This is why we removed dedicated servers so people would stop playing pirated copies on them".
If anyone had a problem with MW2 they simply should not buy it. But Pirating it just makes you a hypocrite with absolutely zero credibility in anything you say.
Totally irrelevant because if none one bought the game all they will say is "PC is not a viable platform." If they are going to make excuses, they will make them regardless of what the players do or do not do. saw some figures today about the sales that went something along the lines of
54% of sales came from ps3
43% of sales came from xbox360
while the other 3% was pc and if you see all the hate thats been dredged up in the internet combined with the amount of people who signed the petition you must at least think that quite alot of people didnt buy the game for pc and also that boycott thing shown earlier

thats a slightly more accurate estimate mate and look at the amount of pages there is in total theres almost double which means 2x the amount of players have signed up to it.
on the piracy issue surely the idea of a boycott is meant to deprive the developers of their money hell if you look at piracy when it was first invented on the seas it involved taking goods. also i'll give you another example at that if martin luther king who is the father of all boycotts said we are not going to use buses people dont use buses so they find another way around to get to the destination they want like through walking or cycling. they dont just sit at home saying since we are not allowed to use buses we arnt going anywhere which is effectively what youre saying we should do. because since we are unhappy with the service that iw has given (buses to relate back) we are boycotting the product so we find another way round (again relating back to the original boycott on buses and this is walking or cycling in that example) and this is piracy otherwise we are just sitting at home doing nothing.

Make any excuse you want. Your attempt at rationalizing of pirating the game makes your opinion worthless. Also by clicking on your link its funny how many of those in the "Boycott" are playing Modern Warfare 2.
