Oh God, this is brilliant.

Option 1 for me of course. I think I've seen everything they've done and, while there are things that are a bit weaker (fourth Flying Circus season was kinda meh), their work, as a whole, is something that mankind can never EVER lose or forget.

Option 1 ALL THE WAY! *salutes monty python*

How has nobody posted the above video yet? You call yourself monty python fans, and you have NOT posted the parrot sketch!? I am disappointed.

I love it, but unfortunately Britain has changed so much since they were on the air that a lot of their material is no longer relevant. The commentary on the DVDs is really good at pointing that out, most of the material we consider so good is mostly because it's culturally neutral, some of their other stuff they have to actually EXPLAIN before you realize why it's funny.

Oh definately Option 1. Fantastic comedians, brilliant series of films and shows, excellent witty quotable script, and some of the best British Comedy! Absolutely love the Pythons. <3

I like most of their skits, but the only movie I've watched multiple times is Holy Grail

Whenever someone says the word "rules", I immediately think of that sketch...

The only people I know of who don't like Monty Python were my grade 8 class. I brought in the Holy Grail and they told the teacher to turn it off after 2 minutes.

What happens if I don't like them, I'd half expect the Spanish inquisition to show up.

Just Kidding, I love Monty Python.

I don't just like Monty Python, I am Monty Python.

Seriously, I've got a small obsession going on for many years with the Monty Python.

I like Monty Python when I watch it for the first time, when it takes me by surprise. I don't like rewatching it because the spontaneity is personally what makes it funny to me. I don't generally get on with people who quote it relentlessly, especially the "T'was only a Flesh Wound" line. Once is enough, guys.
