Anyway, I'm not sure what I'd do. If it were just me, I might just take the bullet but I don't think it'd be fair to kill my family too, if they had nothing to do with it. Then again, this is an entire city we're talking about. I'd probably just pick one that has little to no population, like everyone else has said.
