My first reaction would be Prypiat, but if the blast destroys the sarcophagus around the ruined reactor (or damages any of the remaining reactors), there's a chance the fallout would lead to the destruction of large parts of Europe, and my family dying anyway. So I'd save time, people and my mind, and choose a bullet. While smirking, just to see their expressions.

well its very easy, I'm sure any sane person would opt to take the bullet (family too) but its not a realistic situation because if a terrorist organisation had a nuke they would have no reason not to use it just because a few people laid down their lives.
If the situation was choose a city or they'll pick one at random then I would just pick the lowest population city that was an option, when so many lives are at stake logic can be the only guide.

New York City. I don't know, it's been destroyed so many times in the movies that it just makes sense to me.
Easy, I drop the nuke, theres a lot of ghost towns in the west, so drop it there, it falls under there orders, then i get revenge.
I'd ask if they had more nukes, then completely annihilate New Jersey. What Jersey Shore is doing to America is far worse than nuclear proliferation.
